Time, right? No one wants to waste time because we have a limited amount of it with our work and life schedules. Well, Google+ hangouts resolves this. Troubled Marriage Me 30M & 26F

2020.09.19 02:35 Matthew2507 Troubled Marriage Me 30M & 26F

I am from Gujarat, India. I have been in arranged marriage for 3 years, we didn’t knew each other but our families knew each other well. They arranged our meeting, and it felt like a match made in heaven. We got married 7 months later. We were totally in love. Once there was a time before marriage when i thought i was digging my own grave by marrying her coz it was my birthday and i travelled to her city ( in a different country ) for a week. And she woke up at 4pm on my birthday, we had plans for all day. That was the day i thought this will continue and she wont improve and my intuition was to quit, but i didnt and here we are: We have a number of things in common, we are both introvert, we are not social, we are both into our own world, we love movies - music and long drives.
About her & me. She is 25 & I am 29. 1. She is lazy to do anything - I prefer to do everything on time & immediately 2. She is most of the time late for everything & I am mostly on time 3. She cant wake up ever on time (Always 10-20mins late). She sometimes sleeps in afternoon too, which is now very less frequent & I wake up before time. 4. Her Sleep Cycle is always 2-3 hrs after mine 5. Her grasp over things and mine are on different level. I mean i understand things in general easily and quickly even at the slightest hints and some things are needed to be explained to her in detail. I would say she lacks some general knowledge. 6. I am someone who knows and can predict thing to be done in day to day life. She needs to be told like a kid. 7. She has gained more than 15kg in 3 Years. With the weight gain she has ankle issues and she hasnt been able to do a single thing for her weight loss. Diet & exercise, she tried both n quit. Also Doesn’t do her exercise for ankle as suggested by Physiotherapist
Some points about my family It’s just me and my father. We belong to small community and are a religious family. I told her when we first met that the only thing i expect from her is to take care of my dad ( he has a few long term illness) and the house. If she wants to work, she is free to start any venture she wants to. But if she doesn’t want to work as she has to take care of my dad and the house i dont have any problem with that. We have a certain food restriction due the religion we follow in the family. She agreed to it before marriage, with exception of being allowed to eat the same food outside the house, now she says she cant do weight loss without the food that is restricted in our family.
Issues: It all started when we moved to our new place, she would tell me what to do and how to do things. That started the fights which kept increasing in the first year itself. Then comes the topic about sex, it was all good for the first 6 months then whenever we tried doing it, it would cause her more pain and she would say no. As she would be free during the day, i told her to google what is her issue and also we recommended we consult a doctor. She ignored the same & wouldn’t do anything about her issue for the next 2+ years. By this time she has gained more than 15kg of weight.
Sexting: 3 months ago (May 2020), she was doing something in her phone in a certain way that made me suspicious so next morning i checked her phone and found out that she was sexting with two random guys (Lets call them A & B) from internet. She changed her passcode, It went on for 2 more days and then i asked her and she said it was just timepass and she would not do it again. Fast-forward to (Third Week of August 2020), i found her doing it again with another random guy (Lets call him C) on hangout, so i read everything on her phone when she was asleep and she also mentioned it to C that she deletes the app everyday. Also there were video and audio call logs. All of this was going on for past 1 week. She actually does delete the app. It was there one day, it wasn’t nt in the evening and next morning it was there. So this time she thinks if she changes her password i would get suspicious so she is deleting the app. This chat log included porn, sexual gif’s, detailed sext, and other chit chat. She finds these guys on “chatib”. After 1 week of sext with C, she found another guy (Lets Call him “D”) same sext, same chat log with him for over a week. So then i confronted her again, told her i know everything and i have read everything. She says its just sext and wont do it again. So she blocked both the guys( C & D). But she still visit that site and chats with random guys ( no sext ).
Also for the past 3 weeks she has been saying she is very horny and wants to resolve the long pending issue and work towards a better sex life. The reason I think she has a high sex drive now is only because most of her friends are either pregnant or gave birth even though she was first to get married so now she is pressuring me for a child even though i dont think i am ready. So I would say peer pressure. So we had a discussion about our issues & sex life. I told her all the points i have issues I have mentioned above. She says she will start working on then. She has reduced her sleeping in afternoon and started doing chores a bit more on time. About our sex life: she is super horny but still i cant penetrate. She think it because of lack of foreplay. And about me i dont feel like doing any kind of foreplay (including kissing / Smooch ) and I dont know why? I am still monitoring & recording her chats she keeps chatting with random guys for timepass. One day she unblocked both the guys ( C + D) and started chatting with them again and told them not to sext. Then comes new guys. Yesterday i read new guy’s (E & F) chatting dirty with her & one of them sharing porn with her. She hasn’t been replying the same sext way, but she would in a day or two. Most of her day is spent by her on Social Media - New Found Love for Chatting - Rest of the Day Managing Home.

2020.09.17 19:31 Kbluey Portugal September 2019

So welcome to the new subreddit! I'm super excited and I figured - why not kick us off with my last major trip.
Quick Summary The hills are legit mini-mountains and they are everywhere! Wear sensible comfortable shoes. Spend as much time as you can on the southern coast of Portugal. Spend as much time as you can in/near Porto. Don't skip Sintra, but do go at an off-peak time. If you like port or wine - the Douro valley is a must. Ubers are super cheap. Budget hotels have incredibly hard uncomfortable beds. If you have to cut down on time somewhere - do less of Lisbon (not that it's not lovely.)
Below is a review of my trip to Portugal in September of 2019. I spent the first few days solo on the southern coast and then met up with some friends who flew into Lisbon and we spent time there and in Porto before all flying back home together. We are all single in our mid 30s if that helps :) Costs below are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted.
(Photos all taken by me btw)
I booked the majority of my trip on tripmasters.com (I have done many trips through them) The total cost of the portion of my trip booked at tripmasters was 1,347.63. That included round trip international flights, the train from lisbon to porto, the hotel in porto and travel insurance. I traveled for a total of 13 nights.
Part 1: The Southern Coast
  • I flew solo from of Austin, Texas on Monday, August 26, 2019 to Faro, Portugal (with a short layover in London.) The Faro airport is crazy tiny, it's basically just a hangar in a field. They bus you from the tarmac quite a ways to the terminal. I found my luggage and just sort of wondered out of an open door. No one even spoke to me hah. I didn't realize later on that not having a stamp in my passport when I was attempting to fly home at the end of my trip might be problematic - so probably tip number one, make sure someone somewhere in faro stamps your passport haha.
  • I pre-booked a one way private car transfer (on a site called Yellowfish) from the Faro airport to the town I was staying in - Albufeira, Portugal. The private transfer was worth it for me - since I was solo, I knew I was going to be travel-tired and it was super low stress. The driver waited outside for me with my name on a sign. Easy Peasy. The cost was ~37.82 usd.
  • In Albufeira I stayed at the Vila Branca - which was like a budget style hotel. I'm not one who requires fancy hotels, so it served it's purpose for me perfectly. However, I will note - the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. I never felt anything like it. I had the worst time even laying on it or sleeping. I thought that initially it was just this hotel - but I ran into this in all my portgual hotels. The hotel however was was a quick 5 minute walk down to the beach elevator and about a 10-15 minute walk down to the nightlife. Don't get me started on the walk back though, holy crikey the hills! It's basically a cobblestone vertical climb back up. Tip: It's absolutely stunningly beautiful but don't even try to be wearing heels, wear cute sensible flat shoes for the love of pete. The nightlife in Albufeira is amazing, crowded and crazy and highly entertaining. It reminded me a little bit of new orleans, lots of balconies and open style bars and clubs. I was solo but I no trouble finding a good time. I wandered into some pubs and chit chatted with new friends - I went to nightclubs and danced, I found a karaoke bar and did some karaoke to a mostly empty room haha. Great times abound.
  • One of the main reasons I decided to even go to the southern coast of Portugal was so I could visit the famous Benagil Cave near Lagoa. I had done enough research to know that access to the cave is by water only but I also saw that it might be possible to swim from the beach. It looked like lot of the boats aren't able to even go inside of the cave - depending on the crowds and you also can't get off the boat to hang out in there and I knew I wanted to take my time there so I decided against a boat. I also so there were nearby paddle board and kayak rentals but research showed they were incredibly expensive for what looked to be a very short trip. Ultimately I wasn't sure what my plan was specifically to get into the cave but regardless I hopped in an uber from my hotel to the benagil beach. Once I got to the beach I saw how short the swim truly was. You swim out from the beach and around an outskirting of rock and around the other side of the rock - I'd say if you put your mind to it about 15 of minutes of hard swimming - but I took my time. I prepared in advance for the possibility of a swim by bringing myself a simple tiny blow up floaty to help me out - and I'm grateful I did. The swim is short but the current is strong and that water is breathtakingly cold, legit if I hadn't wanted this so badly I couldn't have made it! I blew up my floatie and onwards and I went, I think my body went numb from the cold so that worked out haha. So a kayak might just be worth the cost. When I tell you that this cave is one of the most amazing things I have ever seen in my life you better believe it. Tip: You 100% want to be there as early as humanly possible, I'm talking sun-up. Because it will get crazy crowded with boats going in and out and a billion people all getting those photos for the gram.
  • After I was done at benegil, I swam back to shore and decided to do a little walk. I walked from the benegil cave over to the Marinha beach. I was a little nervous that I was lost during several parts of the walk but I trusted google maps and I'm so glad I did this. Stunning stunning views over the caves and ocean. It was possible to walk down to the beach here via some stairs and I sort of wished I had done this but I was pretty tuckered out so I hung around for a while, enjoyed walking along the cliffside and the views and when I was done here, I called an uber back to my hotel in Albufeira.
  • I had so much fun on the shoreline that I ultimately did decide to book a boat trip. And it was so worth it. I got to see the entire shore line of caves, we popped into the benagil cave where I had swum the day before. We even got to see dolphins! It was one of the more pricey things I did but so very much worth it. I booked here: https://xridealgarve.com/ the entire shoreline is full of caves and just endless beauty. The boat ride is fun too, wave hopping and all that. Don't forget the dramamine!
  • Additionally I was looking on airbnb experiences for something adventurous to do and I ended up finding a guy that does paramotor rides. So I talked myself into and out of doing this a few dozen times and ultimately I found my lady-balls in the bottom of a few glasses of wine, and I ended up following through with it. It was one of the scariest but amazing things I have ever done. https://photos.app.goo.gl/7UzVYQC7f9rjbXs19 & https://photos.app.goo.gl/Hbvx5Wk1GdiBXLYj8 Unfortunately this experience is no longer listed on airbnb :( but if you can find anything similar it was incredible.
Part 2: Lisbon
So after my beautiful time down on the coast, it was time to figure out the best way to get from Albufeira to Lisbon where I was meeting up with 3 other friends from back home in Austin to continue our adventures in Portugal.
  • There were lots of transport options from Faro to Lisbon but I didn't want to have to go all the way back to Faro so I got to digging and ended up finding a direct bus straight from Albufeira to Lisbon for cheap - score! I found booked the bus on https://www.omio.com/ it was a lovely relaxing bus ride and I enjoyed it.
  • I booked an airbnb to share with 2 of my 3 friends in Lisbon, our 4th friend booked their own airbnb about a half a block down the street. The initial airbnb I booked was on first site, incredible - beautiful and spacious - albeit however.. after spending the first night there, the worst of the worst happened, on of my friends woke up with bedbug bites on her arms and legs! Shit. We didn't see a lot of bedbugs and we searched - but we did find several adult ones. Our thought was that they had treated for them and not waited enough time to let them be killed off. Not sure, but all we knew is that we were out of there. It was a real shame because it was such a beautiful place. So unfortunately we lost most of this day learning how to use a portugese laundry mat.
  • While we were at the laundrymat we worked with the owner and airbnb (who was a nightmare and kept telling us that it as and all that and found another airbnb down the road that was decently nice but definitely not as cool. It was also a 5 floor walk up, with the last flight of stairs basically being a vertical climb and it was a bitch with the luggage - no lie. Also, one again with the insanely hard mattresses, I ended up so uncomfortable I slept on the couch in the living room.
  • Our first night in lisbon we stumbled upon this lovely Moroccan restaurant https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g189158-d792971-Reviews-Flor_da_Laranja-Lisbon_Lisbon_District_Central_Portugal.html and they gave us one of the absolute best meals we had. Delicious family style served food and it was so so good.
  • Since my friends had just flown in they were exhausted but I was already acclimated and we were staying in the "party district" so I decided to go find myself some fun. Found a little irish pub with some live music around the corner called Cheers, made some friends had a grand ol time and stumbled my way back to the airbnb.
  • The next day with my friends rested up the 4 of us hopped into a teeny tiny uber haha and headed off to Belem to see the sites. There were some other transportation options but honestly - Ubers in portugal were SO SO SO cheap and we were splitting them 4 ways, it was the most economical for us. My friends elected to wait in the very long line to go inside and explore the Belem tower interior, I was happy exploring the outside and sipping wine by ocean side. They enjoyed it but and said the views were incredible. It was a crowded and touristy area to be expected, but I think it's definitely worth a visit to the area if you have the time.
  • We also walked over to the Mosteiro dos Jerónimos and wandered around the gorgeous grounds and interior (free to go inside but I think you have to pay to upstairs maybe? we didn't bother) It was beautiful and peaceful I'm not usually one for the religious stuff but the architecture of this place was outstanding.
  • Often times when looking for where to eat we just pull up google maps and wing it. This night we happened upon DesNorte and I wasn't feeling much of the menu so I decided I was going to eat cheese and wine for dinner and when I tell you that I enjoyed the hell out of that it's an understatement. I ordered desert as well and I was a happy happy girl. No lie, cheese wine and dessert here was one of my most favorite meals :)
  • That night we hit up the area for pubs and fun and had a fantastic time popping in and out of places that looked like fun. Lots of drinks and lots of fun memories with friends some of which are a slight bit hazy :)
  • The next morning - raring to go we wandered off in search of breakfast. We were struggling a bit and in a hurry so we ended up at a place called Zenith and to be honest - the walk there was the best most beautiful part. This place is a chain and it just reminded me of every bougie hipster brunch place I'd already seen in Austin. It was fine, it was food but meh.
  • We spent the rest of the with some general sight seeing in Lisbon, we wanted to take the yellow tram but the line and crowd was ppppuuuuureeee madness so we noped away from that situation.
  • Ended up finding a super cute micro-brew pub called Duque and we sat outside and proceeded to enjoy some amazing local brews and people watching hanging out.
  • For lunch we ate at the TimeOut Market - which is basically a food hall and it was absolutely awesome. I had some kind of a duck curry and chef's kiss it was stellar.
  • That evening we tried again for the yellow tram but another crowd we didn't want to handle. We popped up google and there was a rooftop bar across the street we figured - why the heck not. Rooftop Bar - Hotel Mundial was a bit wonky to access (due to interior hotel construction that may be finished by now) but we made it and were rewarded with relatively cheap drinks and stunning sunset views of the castle and the town.
  • That night we found an amazing tapas place for dinner called Tapa Bucho and we ate allll the things :) Highly recommended. The wait was long but they serve you wine/sangria from the doorway while you wait, it was fun to be out there chatting and making friends.
  • It was of my travel friends birthday so we got a bit tipsy and decided to head to Pink Street where we were told we could find a portugese "gentlemens' club" because we're good friends haha. Well unfortunately the gentlemen clubs down there costed a toooon of money for entry (I get it, they're expensive anyway and we were in a touristy area) and we're good friends but not that good haha. So moved along and accidentally ended up in an all male burlesque club - that's a story for another time but we had some beers and, wandered around the area and popped in and out of places and ultimately ended up in some rowdy irish pub down there. Great, albeit somewhat fuzzy times were had! :) I think the pink street would have been cool to visit on an off peak time but we just didn't make it back to the area.
  • The next day - we were tuckered out - so we decided a beach day was in order. We stopped at the local bodega and grabbed some snacks and booze and packed our bags. There were transportation options but we were a bit worn out and wanted to be lazy so we piled into an uber and took at 30 minute ride out to Pria de Carcavelos. Somehow we forgot towels and spent way too money purchasing beach towels from a beachside stand that was sketchily located inside a tunnel haha. It's the ugliest towel I've ever seen, I spent to much money on it but it gives me a great smile and laugh every time I break it out at home for the pool or the lake. Either way we had a great time drinking our Super Bock and spending the day on the beach. Super cold water, not quite as cold as the southern coast but brrrrrrr! We ate dinner at one of those places on the beach (La Plage I think it was called), the food was unremarkable but the sunset was spectacular.
  • My overall take on Lisbon - the hills are legit. Flat comfortable shoes and you will thank yourself later. There were times when we were a short walk away but opted for an uber because we just could not climb another hill haha. Ultimately - Lisbon was a fun city but sort of felt like a lot of metropolitan european cities I had been to before. It was super easy to navigate and friendly but I don't know that I'd go back and spend a ton of time vacationing there, I think it'd be a great place to live though :)
Part 2B: Sintra
  • Our last day in Lisbon we grabbed the train from Lisbon to Sintra. It was cheap and took < 1 hour. We missed the first train of the day and got the second, boy I sure wish we'd been on the first. Sintra is SO SO worth the trip but because we only did a day trip we were pressed for time and things were super crowded. If could go back and do it again, I'd take 1.5-2 days for lisbon and just not be rushed. Or at the very least I'd catch that first train out.
  • Our first stop was - us hoping to knock out the most crowded thing - the palace. We hopped on a harrowing bus that wound it's way up into the high high hills around hairpin turns. If you have an unsettled stomach, - take dramamine ha it was an incredibly beautiful ride up there though. BIG TIP Purchase your tickets for the Palace BEFORE YOU GO!! We bought our palace tickets here: getyourguide.com. Otherwise the first line you'll wait in for hours is the one to purchase tickets. I opted to only buy the exterior grounds pass ticket - my friends bought the one that included the interior tour of the palace. I'll be honest, I've seen several palace interior tours and they've never really been my thing so I was happy with that. And frankly, I think I made the right choice here haha. My friends waited in line for their palace tour for over 2 hours - while i was free to wander the amazing grounds at my leisure. Climb out to the terraces and all of that wonderfulness. It was also much more expensive to tour the inside. It's probably worth it if you have never seen the interior of a one of these types of places but I was super happy to skip it. No lines for me haha :) Whatever you do, the palace is not to be missed - it is truly special just try your best to aim for early or late or off peak.
  • After the palace we hopped back on the bus (which is basically a glorified hop on hop off experience) and headed to the Quinta da Regaleira - a gothic style castle with the famous well. This property was amazing - and one of my highlights in the trip to portugal. Wandering about the tunnels and caves and beautiful paths - I legit could have spent an entire day here happily.
  • A lot of people make the 3rd stop in Sintra the Castelo dos Mouros (the one that resembles the great wall of china) but we just simply ran out of time. So we grabbed a quick bite and caught the last train back to lisbon.
Part 3: Porto
I think I fell in love with Porto's charm the moment I got off the train.
  • The next day - it was off to grab a train to Porto. The Alfa-Pendular train journey takes 2h40min. A single ticket on the Alfa Pendular Train from Lisbon to Porto costs €44.30/€31.70 but the cost of my ticket was included in my tripmasters package purchase. The train station was easy to find but a little wonky to navigate. We asked for some help and got it all sorted out.
  • In porto my 3 friends ended up at one hotel and I ended up a different one. My hotel was the Porto Dormus and I don't recommend it. It's in some crazy paradoxical location between 4 one way streets that ubers cannot find and it was kind of far away from places, oh and yet another hard as rock bed. We spent time most of the hangout time at my friends hotel - The hotel premium porto downtown. They had softer beds (still not by a lot but definitely some) and a cute little roof top bar that was the perfect place to chill or wind down and have a nice glass of wine and watch the sunset.
  • On our first day in Porto we mainly wandered around town - through a street fair, took in the sites, played cheesy tourist, and of course had to take a silly but so pretty gondola ride across the river, found a spot to have a francesinha sandwich and let me tell that was a gastronomical adventure that shouldn't be missed (or taken lightly ha!) The buildings and tile and street art just absolutely beautiful, I could have been happy doing nothing but just walking around.
  • We walked up to the Porto Cathedral and my friends paid to go inside. I went to find a beer :) I wandered around the corner and found the cutest little cafe called Taberna da Sé with the most amazing views and waited for my friends to get done at the cathedral.
  • Then it was time to get down to business and drink some port. We really had no clue what to look for or what we were doing ha, so off to the google maps. We found a place called Pocas that was open late and looked fantastic. We got a tour+sampling there and it was super awesome. We got to see the old port, and storage and the guy that fixes the barrels and then we got to drank. Since it was late, we basically had the place to ourselves and it was magical. Our guide was amazing in teaching us all about port. We stuck around basically until they (lovingly) kicked out out haha.
  • Our next day in Port was my birthday!! And one of my favorite things (and my friends too) is finding small breweries or local boozeries if you will and it turns out that Porto is really up and coming in the microbrewery age! So a brew-crawl seemed like the perfect way to see more of the city and spend my birthday. So I found a few that looked good and mapped out the most efficient route to hit them up. Our first stop was A Fábrica da Picaria - the "first" microbrewery in porto - which opened in 2018 :) The service was lovely, we were the only ones there and we sat out on the back patio. We also went to fabrica nortdada - which was much bigger brewpub and had a huge selection of fun and unique beers. Eventually we ended up at Levare Craft Beer - which was an absolutely beautiful setting. Large and welcoming with a secret garden style patio.
  • That night it was my turn to pick my birthday dinner and I felt like I needed tapas in my life. So off to the googles. We ended up at RUA Tapas&Music Bar - which was like eating tapas in a night club :) Disco lights, live music, good food, fun fun times.
Part 3B: Pinhao
We wanted our final day in portugal to be relaxing but special. And based on our conversation back at Pocus (the port place ) we thought - why not go see how port is made and spend a day hanging out drinking some wine and relaxing. Our guide at the Pocus tour was kind enough to give us some instructions on what train to take and what places to visit in Pinhao (the town where the vineyards are.)
  • So on our final day in Portugal, we woke up found some quick breakfast (egg tarts yum!!) and grabbed the train to Pinhao. Pinhao is very small and easily walkable. The train dropped us off and we walked over to Quinta do bomfim. They seated us in a beautiful room for our tasting. After our tasting we took a tour and after that was finished, we moved out to the patio and kept on ordering wines and port from the menu. I could have sat there for the entire trip, the views were incredible.
  • After lounging about at bomfim we decided to walk across the bridge to Quitna Das Carvalhas. Where we had more tastings and another beautiful tasting room to enjoy.

2020.09.17 14:40 Matthew2507 Troubled Marriage Me 30M & 26F

I am from Gujarat, India. I have been in arranged marriage for 3 years, we didn’t knew each other but our families knew each other well. They arranged our meeting, and it felt like a match made in heaven. We got married 7 months later. We were totally in love. Once there was a time before marriage when i thought i was digging my own grave by marrying her coz it was my birthday and i travelled to her city ( in a different country ) for a week. And she woke up at 4pm on my birthday, we had plans for all day. That was the day i thought this will continue and she wont improve and my intuition was to quit, but i didnt and here we are:
We have a number of things in common, we are both introvert, we are not social, we are both into our own world, we love movies - music and long drives.
About her & me. She is 25 & I am 29.
  1. She is lazy to do anything - I prefer to do everything on time & immediately
  2. She is most of the time late for everything & I am mostly on time
  3. She cant wake up ever on time (Always 10-20mins late). She sometimes sleeps in afternoon too, which is now very less frequent & I wake up before time.
  4. Her Sleep Cycle is always 2-3 hrs after mine
Some points about my family
It’s just me and my father. We belong to small community and are a religious family. I told her when we first met that the only thing i expect from her is to take care of my dad and house.
Issues:
It all started when we moved to our new place, she would tell me what to do and how to do things.
Sexting:
3 months ago (May 2020), she was doing something in her phone in a certain way that made me suspicious so next morning i checked her phone and found out that she was sexting with two random guys (Lets call them A & B) from internet.
What should i do?

2020.09.15 23:56 Environmental-Art168 My Shitty Life

(Trigger warning, abuse, self harm, depression)
Hello, I'm the oldest of 3 and somehow became the burden and forgotten child of my family, I'm not sure where exactly to start and I can't really remember much because of memory issues so I'll start at childhood. My dad was a marine honorable discharged and would often use corporal punishments on us such as spanking us with a handmade wooden paddle he made, a belt and make us sit in an invisible chair with our arms stretched out for hours and if we fell down or our arms fell down he'd scream in our faces and make us do it again, that was only the beginning of the abuse, one time I accidentally fell asleep in my parents room and he woke me up with smelling salts and one time dumped cold water on me because I fell asleep during the day. I prayed they'd get a divorce everyday and when I was 11 they separated, but the emotional and verbal abuse didn't stop there and even happened when I was forced to go over to where he was staying at the time(family friend's parent's house.) I had to go to the ER twice due to my eye swelling shut from poison ivy going into my eye, and I wanted to go home with my mum but when I went out to the parking lot she told me "no, it's your dad's weekend" and she drove off in the car with her boyfriend(B) and this happened twice where I got abandoned by my own mum
When I was at my dad's for every other weekend it became awkward and I started to develop a fear of eating in front of people which I still suffer from to this day, so I'd barely eat and one event that started my PTSD was idk what it'd even be called. But one night I was sitting in bed at my dad's watching tv with the lights off and my dad was at his girlfriends or something and the door opens and the family friend(male) walked in and hopped on the bed next to me and asked "Wanna fool around" at this time I was 14 or 15 and I was super uncomfortable moving towards the wall with him getting closer and then laughing in my face saying he was joking and left. That event made me so uncomfortable when my younger brother(13 or 14) came into the room minutes later I told him but he didn't really do anything except say "wow we need to tell dad" but nothing came of it and he still doesn't even know, not that it'd matter because he probably wouldn't believe me anyway. But after that my mum met her first boyfriend, we'll call him Boyfriend B. He seemed nice at first but once we moved in with him things started to change, he took my bedroom door off because I locked it once, and called me a bitch for no reason and treated his own daughter like a princess while she locked her door constantly, and snuck out and drank while underaged but I was the bad one, we moved out of his place when I was in the 10th grade and moved to a new place.
I was and still am extremely quiet and my social anxiety had only gotten worse and felt like everyone was laughing and making fun of me, which a few did such as a popular girl rudely asking if I knew what a shower was in gym class once and I frequently cried to myself in my closet(my father taught me that if I cry in front of someone I'm weak) and I began self harming and contemplating killing myself and it only got worse after an event involving a close friend. I asked my closed friend(H) who I began to have feelings for and thought she was single so I asked her by making a cute note that asked if she'd go out with me with the whole check yes and check no and I got it back with a check yes and was so happy then the next day and texted when our first date would be and she said "Sorry but I forgot I had a girlfriend I still see her at anime club" and it broke me it was the first time I asked someone else and a male friend got worried about me and called the cops and I woke up at 5am by the police at my door and was sent to a mental hospital for a week at 16 years old and spent 8 days there. After I got back to school my friend's group dissolved and Friend H was no longer my friend as it felt too awkward to even look her in the eye or talk to her, she did message me on Google hangouts asking what happened but that was the last time I talked to her.
By the end of 11th grade we have gotten evicted from our apartment in Mount Joy and my mom drove me to her friends house, a complete stranger to me and she abandoned me there where I had to listen to her friend and his girlfriend have sex almost every night and if it wasn't that it was his daughter crying not wanting to go to bed. When my mom came over one night her friend got new speakers he blared it loud and I asked if he could turn it off cause my mom was asleep and he got into my face saying “is this your house?” “Do you pay the rent?” “Whose house is it? Right it's mine” I felt so humiliated and my mom didn't even defend me, I cried silently with my head under the blanket wishing someone would actually care about me. The next incident was maybe a week later and my mom wasn't there, I was asleep in a light sleep when her friend and girlfriend came in drunk, and again they had sex and I tried my hardest to drown it out with music but my one earbud broke and I started playing music as loud as I could when he came out and told me to grab my shit and go, which I did. I was trying to contact my mom and tried to figure a way to get to my grandparents and even thought about hitchhiking when he came out telling me I can't be doing that and I need to help around the house, which I been doing and his girlfriend told him not to blame me but to blame my mom for just leaving me here. I still have flashbacks to that month I was basically left there all alone
Then we moved to a duplex in a city and from 18-19 my panic attacks turned into panic disorder to the point I couldn't even be in my own room without having a panic attack, and that's when Boyfriend P who my mum met while we moved into the new place after Boyfriend B well Boyfriend P moved in after Christmas and me and my siblings were against it but it didn't matter what we said he moved in anyway. By this time my brother had moved out even though he was 17 and would later find out he was unofficially adopted by his friend's mum. So it was just me and my sister there, I was supposed to be doing my last year of high school but my mum never set me up for the cyber school program and kept blaming me that I didn't want to get vaccinated to be able to go into the program to my grandma yet she never told me when the appointment was and had no way of getting there without her. And then on May 18th, 2017 a fire destroyed the duplex and a few days before I was already at my dads with a few items and when the fire started I basically lost everything, my drawings, books, DVDs, a birthday gift I got from a friend and a console I got from my dad that I played on for a day before the fire. And then I started talking to who I refer to as Psycho, he was a guy I met on a site and started talking to and was planning to meet one day but he stood me up and claimed he got heat stroke and soon spiraled down into a psychopath who would blackmail me with my own explicit photos and videos saying if I didn’t have sex with him he’d post them online and to my family and it got worse to the point I had to tell my dad, I feel like he still tries to contact me and my sister. Then I went on my first date with a man I think 30 or something he was shorter than me and we went to two movies to Kmart to browse then McDonalds I ended up hugging him goodnight and never heard from him again.
After that Me, My dad and sister had moved in with his girlfriend and it all started to go to shit, I was practically free labor to them, I had to rake their entire backyard, shovel their entire driveway while my dad stood on the porch and watched criticizing every thing I did. Dad's girlfriend would make a long ass list of chores for me to do every morning and If I didn't do the chores good enough she'd bitch at me for doing nothing even though there were 4 other people there who didn't do anything. I'd have to clean the ferret cages when others were around doing nothing, had to take the trash out, and on new years eve I got kicked out because dad's gf claimed she came into the room told me to get up and she'd "teach" me how to rake the yard and just went back to sleep yet I don't remember her coming into the room or anything(at this time our door was taken off because of a stupid rule of no eating or drinking in the room yet her daughter did it and still had her door) and before this I had gone to the ER due to an infection and was told to rest so once again it was bullshit and I was shipped off to my mums who I currently live with. Recent events that happened were my mum's bf bitched at me over a $1 candy bar telling me it was for his lunch yet he has a whole damn pantry full of candy bars, and then when my sister came over after just getting out of a mental hospital Bf P calls her a little bitch for defending me and she comes into my part of the house(live in the addition of my mums house which is basically my own apartment) crying and I was about to run over and confront him but if I did I'd likely go to jail so my sister called my dad and he came over and we found out Boyfriend P is a heroine addict and we stayed the night at dad's.

Sorry for the long post just venting my shitty life, some memories aren't in here due to memory issues so I might edit if I remember anymore shit or future shit that happens

*Edit* I just remembered one thing that happened while I was living with my dad, and it was the fact I was crying to myself and self harming and my dad tells me my depression is fake, then another time while we are eating dinner he tells me to show the table my cuts and says "the next time you self harm you should use the bearded dragons claws" and this is coming from my father the one whose supposed to care about me.

2020.09.12 10:54 submaleinfl Genuine or Scam Mistress on Kik? Advice Needed

Hi,
first time poster and this is literally why I joined reddit- I've seen a post like this here before, so I thought I'd seek the opinion of reddit. I'm a single guy who likes Dom women (I identify as a switch, but Dommes are what I'm really into lately) and I've been looking for a Mistress online- since, you know, the pandemic is still a thing. I've encountered my share of fakes (they message me, "do you use hangouts, kik, etc.?") and they all ask for a "registration" or "one-time" fee eventually. I never pay them- I'm not even remotely into Findom... I would never pay to be dominated (okay, you got me- like 99% of the time I wouldn't). But this is where it gets interesting...
I was on whiplr the other day- didn't pay to join, just looking around to see what's there- and one Domme caught my eye. She was over 500 miles away, but she was hot and listed a kik in her bio... didn't see any other Dommes with kiks listed, so I figured wtf... I texted her and she got back to me the next day. She's been pretty nice so far (aside from her naughty side when she gave me CBT and JO instructions)- has not asked for even 1 cent from me! But thanks to all the fakes out there and my recent discover of sexploitation scams, I'm just really wary...
So here are the facts:
  1. She has asked what I do, where I'm from, what my leisure interests are, if I "stay alone"... the usual. I've given vague but honest answers (i.e. state, not city; the fact I'm in school, but not my degree; binging TV shows, etc.). I've given out no personal info- no name, no phone number, no email (and I use secondary, nondescript names for accounts related to my interests in kink- like my username here).
  2. I've taken screenshots of her pics and sent them through google images and Tinyeye- no matches. I later found one of them (with two pics I have not seen yet) on a Fetlife account that was opened in May. That account has the same name as her kik ID. There is a discrepancy in location though- when I asked her where she is from, she said she is in Atlanta, but the FL profile says she is in Burlington, VT. (Interestingly enough, she said Atlanta before I mentioned that I had my first Femdom experience with a Pro-domme there.) She also claimed to own a dungeon in Atlanta, but I've not been able to verify that yet.
  3. She had me write a sentence "I will serve only HER TITLE & NAME" 30 times on a sheet of paper, sign it on the back (I used a fake name of course... come on, I just met her over an app...). I had to send her a picture of it. She asked me to type something similar 15 times in a message to her on whiplr, but since I am not subscribed on that app, I told her I couldn't do it- she was okay with that.
  4. Most of her texts read fine, but occasionally they feel a little off- like she forgot a question mark or commas, or she inserted an extra word that doesn't belong. Maybe I'm just paranoid here...
  5. She sent me a pic of herself during our session- I didn't download it; I've heard that's one way to get malicious software on your iphone. I shared a few pics (no face or inside details of my home, geo-tagging is off).
  6. She says she cherishes "honesty and submissiveness" most in subs. But isn't this what a scammer would say to lower my guard?
  7. One of the last things she asked for tonight was my zipcode so she could "look at the restaurants around [me]". I didn't think there was any harm in giving it to her, should I not have? I mean, I don't think she has acquired any other personal info of mine...
So, now that I've laid it all out for you guys and gals- what do you think? Am I being paranoid? Am I naive? Or does this seem on the level? Are there any ways I could continue to verify her identity/protect my own interests? Anything else you all can think of?

2020.09.08 06:59 shaqcho666 What is wrong with me?

First of all I should say that my English is not that great. So if I make any mistakes I'm sorry. I am 24 years old and a male. I never went to any counseling sessions.
I want to know what is wrong with me. I am a very silent guy. I don't speak not even with my family. I speak with my mom only like 3 or 4 times a day. Sometimes none. I don't know why but when I'm alone I m abnormal like talking weirdly to myself and flamming other people I hate. I have a very explosive anger. Even for small things I get angry explosively. When I get angry I always smash things. I also do self harm not that much but when I'm greatly angry and sad I do that. There was one or two times I got very much angry towards my friends. I never cut myself but I punch very hardly to hard surfaces. I once bitten my own hand and for 5 months I couldn't feel anything on the area I have bitten. I feel worthless almost everyday...I'm not a guy who has everything. I'm short af and no one likes me that much. I have 2 or 3 friends who knows me very well like friends since school but not even a single one starting a single conversation with me. I know that I have to make initiation but they never make initiation for me. Not even a hi. I don't feel that much in a situation where I should be sad or happy. I should note that I smoke weed and cigarettes every day because of this. I use it as an escape. I did hard drugs 4 or 5 times and I like using them in future because it gives me euphoria and good escape from my problems. I have a depression but I don't know to what extent. I feel deeply sad about everything of my life..there was one or two times I felt like I need to die..i have mood swings almost everyday but im always sad and hate myself and others..I'm only happy when I'm high or watch something I like. when I m with my friends (which I call them and ask to hangout with them. They never call me to come) for that moment I temporarily forget my problems. The only reason I hangout with them is to smoke. Nothing else. And I don't care about them. I cant maintain a relationship. I always rushing things and never plan ahead. I waste money without any thought. I always like to get something from someone rather than earning it by myself. I started to hate my friends.sometimes I think of doing things to them like hitting them or hurting them. But I can never bring myself to do it in real life. I lack common social ethics like talking with someone, thanking someone etc. I don't have words to maintain a good conversation.i always have to search Google for common human things. I don't know what should I do !!! I'm very lost at the moment and I don't care about my future even though I have plans to make money and living comfortably. At this moment I don't know what mental illness I have. Please help.

2020.09.07 20:21 shaqcho666 What's wrong with me?

2020.09.01 14:16 dsut22 A background to Wood Green MOB

A background to Wood Green MOB

Wood Green MOB

A background into Wood Green MOB (Money Over Bitches), formerly known as Wood Green PBP (Paper Before Pussy,) Hoodfellas and Mobstarz, Wood Green, North London.

Wood Green (With Sky City Housing Estate behind The Mall Wood Green)

Many drill fans will certainly have heard of the Wood Green MOB group in drill as it's very active in the road scene, the fact that North London is pretty much the hottest place for gang rivalry, and its intense rivalry with certain other North and East End of London areas like South Tottenham, Hornsey and Hoxton, I've seen many other pages with talk about Wood Green MOB like the music they produce and more so about who they beef and the points scored between rival gangs, but for people new to UK Drill (or who do not know some of the history of the Wood Green MOB gang) I trust you will find the background to Wood Green MOB, and its actual precursors intriguing. It took me a while to gather information on a group widely known as other neighbouring London groups. I may do more of these, I could do 6th based in Beckton and maybe Manor Park based in the Manor Park and Cage area.

Locale

Based around the London Borough of Haringey, located on numerous estates throughout Wood Green including Sky City, the Sandlings, Noel Park, Commerce Road and Acacia Road all within the N22 postal district. Some of their territory has expanded to the New Southgate area of N11. 22 is another name for the gang and they have mainly been seen in North London in Wood Green on the Commerce Road. They are a very active gang and have been around for over 40 years dating back to the 1970s where drug dealers from Wood Green would offer people drugs to make money, they are very very closely allies with fellow North London area Edmonton, they are also one of North London’s most well known and active gangs, stemming even well before the days of the Dem Africans and Shankstarz. Wood Green MOB also go by #WG, #Block 2, #22 #LampzWorld, #GSH, #MelloCity, #N22 , #MOB , #GreenGang , #DBlock/DBMG. Wood Green is known as Mob City by many gang members and by locals.

.
Mob City

The Wood Green area borders Bowes Park (N13 and N22), Hornsey (N8), Palmers Green (N13) and Duckett's Green (N15). Many of their rivals are based in and around these areas, in particular South Tottenham and Hornsey.
Born from the ashes of old-school North London gang called Wood Green Firm or more commonly known as Firm, Wood Green then saw rap groups form more commonly though in the 2000s under the Wood Green MOB label and it quickly became a well known stomping ground for many of North London's well know and rising road rap talents, most notably Smokey (who was one of the originals in the road rap scene) and Brucey. Working under the Wood Green MOB and Wood Green PBP banner through the early 2010s, the gang quickly found a creative style of music on tunes like "F*** a Family," gradually making their presence known into London's road rap scene. As the sounds of London's road rap shifted, so did the duo's: their 2010s song, You Can Get Touched, saw the group delve into U.K.-style road rap/trap, while in the latter 2010's songs like , Looking For Who, helped to establish the Wood Green's presence on the burgeoning drill scene. It was in the 2010's decade that gangs truly made their mark: working with producers from MKThePlug to M1OnTheBeat, Wood Green gradually built a following with their disses to rivals and creative synergy. Marking their songs with the tag #Wood Green, the gang founded their drill collective just as Wood Green MOB, an homage to the ''Mob City'' area, where gang members will have grown up and represent.
A number of past and current generations of gangs have existed in Haringey and other London boroughs that associate with the colour red and blue, some of which in the past had also self-identified themselves as Bloods and Crips. One of the first of these was the short lived Cripset from Dorset Road which claimed affiliation to the Rollin 80's Crips in Los Angeles. The gang was most active throughout the mid 2000's and were rivals to 031 Bloods, now know simply as 031 (O-Tray One) based in the Patmore and Hartington estates. This is seen as a massive influence on London from the famous American rival gangs Bloods and Crips.
Wood Green MOB themselves have never claimed Crips or Bloods like their rivals have and they have always affiliated with the colour green.
There are a number of other gangs in London which have been linked with the colour red. The Ida Bloodstarz from Ida Road and Tottenham have always used the colour red, whilst the former gang EvaStrap (now known as Reed Road) in the borough of Haringey in which they are located had asubset nicknamed 'Reed Road Cripz' and can still be seen using blue bandanas to this day, this is due to the ongoing American influence.
Some of PBP/MOB's rivalries have identified with colours themselves such as Original Farm Boys who used to be known as just Broadwater Farm/Tottenham Mandem, identify with the colour red and also Northumberland Park Killers/NPK who used to be a part of the Tottenham Mandem gang collective, identify with the colour purple .

Current beef and alliances

Wood Green Firm and the current Wood Green MOB gang have had some of the same rivalries between gangs but some of the rivalries were rid of and have now become extinct during the current generation of the Wood Green MOB gang. The current generation of the mass rivalry in Haringey has overtaken the old school rivalry that was between Wood Green and Archway Mandem and Busy Blocks.
Wood Green MOB allies: 3x3/N9 (N9), 6th/ACG(Anyone Can Go)/Hammerville (E6)), 37/OJB (SW11), Touch Paper Lane (N15 and N22), Arnos Grove (N11 and N14) and 4BP (NW4).
Wood Green MOB rivalries: 6th/ACG(Anyone Can Go)/Hammerville (E6), Graveyard Fam (N2, N3, and N12), Northumberland Park Killers/NPK (N17), Original Farm Boys (N17), Hornsey Grey Gang/8th (N8), Grahame Park (NW9), Albany Park/Skengfield (EN3), N19/Busy Blocks (N19) and Hoxton (N1).

Early to mid 1990's

During the early 1990’s a gang known as the Firm was active across the north of London, first being and restricted to Tottenham but extending to incorporate nearby parts of Haringey such as Edmonton and Wood Green. By 1996-97 the different districts began to identify with their local area with their younger generations and so the Edmonton Firm and Wood Green Firm were formulated and this type of local district affiliation still happens widespread today. The Wood Green Firm birthed around Gladstone Avenue in Noel Park and on the Sandlings estates, which are main bases of Wood Green MOB today. Many members were educated at St Dorothy’s, St Katherine’s and Broomfield Schools in north London, and later Southgate College. The Sandlings and Sky City estates were the main area of activity from the beginning and later Sandlings was nicknamed ''Shell Town'', largely because the shotgun was once a favoured weapon as was its shells ammunition.
Wood Green and North London as a whole always had much of a multi-generational phases of gangs, which would have had each generation taking on their own identity and name, in comparison to other London Boroughs such as the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Lambeth and Waltham Forest. Sky City Estate and the Sandlings, where the Wood Green MOB gang was formed, had long had music being produced during the time which they descended into gang violence in the 1990's and mid 2000s, previously being called the gang Hoodfellas and City of Gods. In reports of the late 1990s, Wood Green and many areas of North London as a whole was characterized as deprived in income, employment, health and crime.
Wood Green dominated over the nearby Hornsey area which is where Hornsey Mandem developed was created, the two were close in alliance until 2008. Wood Green remained close with other ‘Firm’ areas Edmonton until 2003-04 and Tottenham until 2005, however, these area relationships in north London were later broken down by second and third iteration members and now beef today.

1997-1999

The first generation Wood Green Firm began to call themselves ‘Junior Mafia’ or ‘Junior Mafia Woodz’ in the late 1990’s and going into the millennium. The second generations became known collectively as Wood Green MOB – Money Over Bitches. Within the MOB’s sprawling turf, covering large parts of the N22 post code (known as 22nd Side), sets developed that were geographically placed on various estates such as the Avenues (Noel Park), Acacia Road, Bracknell Close and Progress Way, Commerce Road, the Sandlings and Sky City estates.
Following the death of a young Tottenham boy in 1997, perpetrated by the Hackney Mandem, members of the Wood Green Firm were firmly backing the conflict that came to be generalised as ‘Hackney versus Tottenham’. At this point in time Wood Green and Tottenham were close allies, Edmonton were also their allies. Although the conflict mainly concerned those from Broadwater Farm and London Fields estates, Wood Green counted Hackney as a rival.
By 1998, a host of gang names begun to exist under the umbrella of Wood Green MOB over the last several years including Shell Town Soldiers, Junior Mafia Woodz, Mobstarz, Hoodfellas, North Bangers, PBP (Paper Before Pussy), City of Gods and Mobcity Young Gunners / GSR. The names loosely denote various age generations of the gang, Wood Green MOB or Mobstarz remains as the collective identity. Wood Green is also known amongst other things as Mobcity. A second, separate gang forms across Wood Green and Tottenham and known as SK or Shadow Kings. They are a predominantly African set and do not have a set turf due to their focus not being banging but trapping. They are associated with the MOB and although not affiliated with TMD, often worked for them.

2000

A long-time defunct set called 1 Nation is formed after breaking away from the wider Shadow Kings

2001-02

Shadow Kings starts a heavy rivalry with Tottenham. This would be the first ever Wood Green vs Tottenham rivalry. Numerous lives were lost during this rivalry.
By 2001-02, there had been multiple murders, along with countless shootings and drug offences, which saw many of the first generation members imprisoned for long sentences. At this point the second and third generations of Wood Green were known as ‘Junior Mafia’ and as ‘Wood Green MOB’. The equivalent generations of Edmonton went on to become known as the Shankstarz whilst over a dozen Tottenham estates began to adopt their own identity, for example NPK (from Northumberland Park).
Many of the teenagers involved in this generation were known to one another as friends, having attended the same schools and having played football together, and through family ties. Despite this, the areas began to challenge each others reputation and it wasn’t long before this escalated into violence.
In 2002, up to a dozen members of the Wood Green MOB – the Junior Mafia Woodz – were caught by police surveillance following a four-month robbery spree. The gang members, aged 12-19, were said by police to see themselves as untouchable, preying on innocent victims as a pack to steal cash and mobile phones often at knifepoint. Jermaine Campbell (later sentenced for the murder of Andre Linton in 2005), Craig Johnson and Ashley Gowdie, all then 16, were ordered to be detained for three years despite being young offenders because their crimes were deemed so serious.
Up to 1,300 hours of surveillance film showed scenes of robbery taking place. The gang were identifiable by their trademark clothing of t-shirts with Loony tunes characters. Robbery offences were said to have fallen by 33% in Wood Green shopping centre following the convictions. The youths were said to have been led on robbery offences by older members of the gang Shane Reid and Marcus Downie. 2003

The third generation become known as Wood Green MOB + WGM (Wood Green Mandem). Their turf expands to cover large parts of the N22 post code (known as 22nd Side).
In 2003, the Shankstarz were involved in the stabbing of two teenagers, one from Wood Green and one from Tottenham. This generation of Wood Green, and NPK from Tottenham, were now rivals with nearby Lower Edmonton (N9).

2004

In 2004, Wood Green MOB were allies with a gang known as the Shadow Kings, a predominantly African gang whose members lived across Wood Green and Tottenham N17 areas. Shadow Kings, who were often present in Wood Green, began conflict with Tiverton from south Tottenham (who at the time had internal issues in Tottenham with Broadwater Farm). During the conflict Wood Green membership was torn between loyalties with Tottenham and the Shadow Kings. Those who sided with the Shadow Kings gained a new enemy in Tottenham. Wood Green-Tottenham beef begins.
The conflict with Edmonton was continued predominantly with NPK rather than Wood Green and resulted in numerous stabbings culminating with a series of convictions following a large outbreak of violent disorder on Hertford Road, Edmonton, in 2007. By this point in time Wood Green and Tottenham were no longer allies as a result of torn loyalties developing from disputes that occurred in 2005.

2005-2006

The fallout brought Tottenham back together, ending internal disputes that had not developed into anything too serious, and in 2005 the Wood Green MOB began serious conflict with Tottenham gangs, mainly Broadwater Farm, Ida Bloodstarz and Tiverton.
A growing number of shootings had been occurring between Tottenham and Wood Green in 2005. Furthermore, an 18-year-old and a 20-year-old male were gunned down in Tottenham and Wood Green the preceding years in murder cases that both remain unsolved.
Among the incidents in the run-up to the murder of Tottenham male, Andre Linton - an innocent victim of this feud, an 18-year-old was seriously wounded during a knife attack near Broadwater Farm whilst a 17-year-old was also injured in a drive-by shooting, also on the Farm. In the latter incident, local Member of Parliament David Lammy was there to attend to the shot boy. He later criticised police who refused to allow the ambulance to reach the victim after they had sealed the area off whilst carrying out a risk assessment. The victim, Charles Osei-Bonsu, suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
In April 2005, the press picked up on the growing rivalry between MOB and the Farm, calling it an armed turf-war. In the week that preceded the article there had been reports of a drive-by shooting and a gunfight on West Green Road where eight shell cases were discovered. This was followed by another gunfight on Clarendon Road and police were later called to attend North Middlesex Hospital where a young man with gunshot wounds to the leg had presented himself.
In May 2005, 22-year-old Andre Linton was killed by a single bullet after his car was surrounded by members of the Wood Green MOB on Buller Road, Wood Green. Jermaine 'Killa' Campbell, then 19, was later charged with the murder. Andre, who was a pupil at Greig City Academy and formerly of Northumberland Park School, was not a gang member. It is believed the trigger was something as arbitrary as a 'dirty look'. Police were called to six reports of firearms that evening, it followed three seperate shootings that had taken place on Turnpike Lane and Broadwater Farm.
In total, there had been twenty recorded incidents of violent disorder involving guns or knives in the eight weeks prior to the murder. In one attack, an innocent eight-year-old child was injured during a hit-and-run when a car being driven by a gang fleeing the scene mounted the pavement. The tit-for-tat rivalry continued between Broadwater Farm, joined sometimes by other Tottenham gangs including Tiverton and Ida, against the Wood Green MOB. In October 2006, Wood Green MOB's Jerome Vassell, 19, was left fighting for his life after being shot in the head outside a talent show at the West Indian Cultural Centre in Clarendon Road, Hornsey. Vassell , also known as JV or Warlord, was allowed to leave Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, however, he suffered severe brain damage that caused partial paralysis and communication problems. Green City alliance is formed between Wood Green, Edmonton Green, and Bounds Green. All three gangs begin wearing green bandanas.

2008

Those gangsters who were involved in Shadow Kings had now joined Wood Green MOB after many Shadow King members face imprisonment and longer sentences.
At the time of Jerome Vassell’s death, Wood Green had teamed up with once brief enemies from Edmonton who were now known as the Shankstarz. The link became popularised as the Green City alliance (Wood Green to Edmonton Green), with both gangs increasingly associating with the colour green and wearing of green clothing including bandanas. Wood Green were also linked with the Meridian Mandem (Meridian Crew and Bloodline music crew) and Palmers Green, referred to locally as P-Town. This generation of Wood Green also became allies to the London Fields Boys, another gang who the Wood Green olders once shared an extreme hatred of alongside their older Tottenham allies.
In 2008, long-term allies Hornsey and Wood Green began to fall into conflict with one another. A series of incidents contributed to the build up of the rivalry including a stabbing on Commerce Road estate in Wood Green, the victim was associated with Wood Green younger set ‘City of Gods’. A number of tit-for-tat incidents followed with robberies of Wood Green youngers by Hornsey, and attacks carried out by Warlordz and LMD sets.
Wood Green responded with similar violations against the Hornsey Grey Gang and it escalated throughout the rest of 2008. In one incident in September 2008, up to forty rivals fought a pitched battle on Lymington Avenue, Wood Green, during which a 17-year-old boy suffered serious stab wounds and was described as lucky to be alive. He was stabbed in the legs, back and face as the youths fought with sticks and bottles. Some of those involved were caught on CCTV in nearby Gladstone Road although their faces were concealed with bandanas. By the end of 2008 Hornsey Grey Gang had developed an alliance with Wood Green’s rivals from Tottenham including NPK.
Since 2008 a new wave of younger members have made headlines for minor offences typically associated with the early stages of gang evolvement. The Sky City and Sandlings estates continue to be a preferred hangout by aspiring gang members. The Sky City estate, which sits above Wood Green shopping mall, often makes local headlines for gang activity. In an unusual outcome in 2010, Haringey Council blocked plans for a dispersal zone on the estate, largely because the confines of the estate are not a public place (dispersal prevent loitering in public places).
With the relocation of a number of older members to Palmers Green the new younger sets have been left to run amok continuing age old rivalries with nearby gangs. Stabbings incidents have occurred frequently with young members in their early to mid teens. A 15-year-old boy was stabbed in Wood Green High Road on the day of the Royal Wedding, April 29th, after being chased through the town centre. He was stabbed repeatedly by a group of youths in broad daylight in what police believe was an attempted murder. The following month a teenager was knocked off his bike by a car on Darwin Road, Noel Park, before the occupants got out and stabbed him.

2010

In 2010 Michael Gaynor received an ASBO banning him from Wood Green for five years. The order also prevents him from associating with thirteen other members of the gang; from being in a group of three or more in a public place; from uploading pictures or footage that features green bandanas; and from featuring in any music video of audio material that is uploaded onto the internet and incites violence towards rival gangs.
Despite having had gang affiliations in Wood Green since his early youth G Money (Michael Gaynor) is one of the biggest names on the underground rap/road music scene. He was interviewed for MTV’s the Wrap Up in 2010 where he spoke about his early influences and the release of early Wood Green mixtape ‘Mobstarz Most Hated Vol 1’.
Michael Gaynor was one of two leading figures in the Wood Green MOB to receive recent ASBOs. Fellow member Rowan Lopez was banned from entering Wood Green from 2011 until 2013. It was an extension of an earlier ASBO he was granted in 2009. Like Gaynor, he has been prohibited from posting videos online showing him inciting people to violence and promoting gang activity and identity. Both males had long histories of offending going back to their teens including robbery and weapon offences. Another leading figure of the current olders was arrested and charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs and sentenced to two years in 2011.
Another member of the Wood Green MOB, Terrence Abalola also known as Ghost, 18, was sentenced to four years in 2010. It came after a teenager arranged for his 15-year-old cousin to be beaten, robbed and sprayed with tear gas during a house robbery. Abalola led two other teens, all in masks, into the cousins home in Stoke Newington where they attacked the boy. They screamed at him ‘where’s your stuff’, at which point he recognised one of the voice having shared a McDonald’s meal with one of them in Wood Green just two days earlier. The three robbers fled with the boy’s TV, Xbox games console, laptop computer, mobile phone, £300 cash and his mothers iPod Touch.
The younger generational iterations of the gang begin to go by the various sets: Mobstarz City of Gods Hoodfellas North Bangers
Paper Before Pussy
They all collectively rep Wood Green and share in the same allies and and enemies.

2011 - present

After this the gangs in London started to drop the usage of Crips and Bloods into the gang names and began to use gang names that are more modern and still in usage as of the present day and that includes all Haringey based gang.
The current day allies of Wood Green continue to be the Shankstarz from Edmonton, who today are now known as 3x3, P-Town (Palmers Green), Arnos Grove, London Fields Boys formerly who have now cut ties with Wood Green MOB and have no ties to the current faction known as Zero Tolerance and the remaining former members of the now defunct Shadow Kings. There have been some links with Dem Africans (shared link with Shadow Kings) and Young Dem Africans, however the picture is less clear because the latter have historic roots in Tottenham, and Dem Africans have since become #900. Despite this, a senior member of the Wood Green MOB accompanied a handful of Young Dem African members to West Green Road, Tottenham, in September 2009 where they were fired at by a prominent member of the Ida Bloodstarz with a sub machine gun. All fled from the gunfire and escaped without serious injury. Another link, although less relevant owing to distance, is with MPR (Make Paper Regardless) who are from west London (Shepherd's Bush and South Acton). The association with MPR was built by members who were serving custodial sentences in a London prison.
Rappers/Drillers in the drill era from Wood Green MOB like Lampz and Jigga J took a foothold in the drill and gang life scene. Lampz aka Kelvin Odunuyi was a very well known gang member and was deeply hated by his enemies because pressurised Tottenham and Hoxton heavily. In 2018, at the Hollywood Wood Green cinema, a motorcycle that came down from Lordship Lane (the road that leads from Wood Green into the N17 postal district) drove towards the entrance of the cinema and one of the two on the motorcycle fired shots through the window and circled back to deliver a final fatal shot to the head of Odunuyi. Many saw it as a revenge attack for Odunuyi's alleged involvement in the death of Kobi Nelson, a former NPK member who reformed as an anti-crime campaigner, Jigga J was involved and sentenced to life for the death of Nelson.

Over the years, I've loved having Fi. I never ran into any major issues, and customer service was always helpful. Plain and simple, I'm leaving because I'm not traveling internationally any time in the near future, and plan on streaming a lot of NFL games on my phone this fall. Here are my takeaways for anyone who's interested.

2020.08.18 00:23 yuribotcake Hell week.

I'm 6 months booze free. I feel like my stress levels are through the roof. And not having that "release" is stacking those stress factors. Taking two weeks paid vacation starting next Monday. Feels like time is dilating and days are much longer the closer I get to my last day before I leave for vacation. On top of it my work has me delivering 2 huge projects at the same time. Everything is due, and everyone needs things ASAP. I want to be able not to think about work when I go on my road trip. I want to know that things were completed before I temporarily delete the google hangouts app (what we use at work) from my phone. It's only Monday, but I'm already finding myself pushing on my eyes and putting my head down. Not being able to sleep, over-planning for the trip. Over-thinking about work. Thoughts about how it all can go away if I just have a couple of drinks. Maybe do some coke or take some adderall so I have more energy, more focus. So easy how my minds starts fantasizing about chemical rewards. Not a single thought about me having to deal with all of this hungover, no sleep, probably calling in sick just days before my paid time off. Not a thought about vomiting, or spending my saved cash for drugs or booze. My mind makes that behavior reasonable and perhaps much needed. Fuck that.
Just needed to get this off my chest. Feel better already.

2020.08.16 19:40 WitsNSass 33 [F4M] NJ/Online - Looking for friends to chat with and possibly meet when it is safer to do so.

Hiya, so I live with someone who is in the at risk group, so for now I'm just looking for online friends with the hopes of possibly meeting up later (when safer) if we get along.
Just putting this out to Trump supporters, I wish you health and happiness, but we are probably not going to get a long, so let's leave it at that.
Looking for someone to have a conversation with either on here or through google hangouts (other options may be considered). I work for a small essential company and have to work in the office Mon-Friday, so I may not be able to answer right away.
About me:
Hobbies: Reading. I like cooking, drawing, crochet, knitting, writing, playing board games, painting etc.
Interests: Reading, podcasting, psychology, anatomy and physiology, sciences in general, anime, learning Italian (if you are a native speaker or even just fluent that is a plus), learning new things, being surrounded by books.
Music: My tastes are all over the place, but I am by no means an expert or connoisseur. Opera, Classical, rock, alternative, big band, pop, etc. A lot of it depends solely on my mood.
Movies: LOTR, Disney, Star Wars, MCU, Studio Ghibli (who doesn't love Miyazaki?), most pre-1970s movies including silent film.
Shows: Doctor Who, The Witcher, beyond that mostly I've been watching dubbed anime on netflix and hulu lately. I am usually doing stuff while watching so no, subtitles aren't an option for me and I'm not debating you on which is better.
I'm a 5'7" BBW of European descent, if that matters for you to be friends with me. I'm apparently great at giving advice, and sometimes people even follow it. I'm willing to talk about most topics, including some culturally taboo ones, but will let you know if something is a hard limit for me. I want to eventually move to a lake-front house in Maine, and travel around Europe, and other parts of the world. I am debt free, and slowly but surely saving up for those goals. Recently enrolled in college to go back and get a degree in Engineering. Not sure if I will be staying at my current job, I just know that I don't want to work there anymore.
About you:
Preferably in the 25-45 age range. (I don't care if you are married/single/poly/whatever, just let me know up front so I can decided where I want my boundaries to be with our conversation). You are honest, likes to talk, a good listener, generally upbeat (but understandable if things are getting to you). Looking for someone to chat with, and willing to listen to me vent/rant on occasion. Something above caught your interest. Bonus points if you live in NJ, ME, or Europe. Extra bonus points if you are fluent in Italian and want to help me learn.
With that, I'll try to respond as quickly as possible, but depending on how full my inbox gets, It may take me a few days to read through and get back to you. (Last time I posted something like this, I missed a few and then over thought replying because it had been a week before I noticed.)

If anyone remembers my fake friends storytime(Kokichi the art thief) from…a year? Year and a half? I can't remember the exact date I published a story about an attention whore. She's been since taken down, but recently I had to deal with another toxic person. Me and my friends tried to agree to never talk about him, but how poorly I came across cutting him off has haunted me and caused me to constantly think about it. So, I'll get it all off my chest.
One thing to keep in mind, in the original I was still a serial liar. I was desperate for attention because I was bad at asking my parents for some, I lied about my age and being MTF. Which is funny, because I,,,realized now,,,that I'm FTM. Internal denial? I don't know. I don't understand the behavior I exhibited back then. But that's another story for another day.
Let's use Homestuck chumhandles(usernames) to hide the names of everybody.
Me = caligulasAquarium
Toxic friend = terminallyCapricious
Mutual 1 = turntechGodhead
Mutual 2 = twinArmageddons
terminallyCapricious' behavior had been going on for quite some time, though hasn't been so obvious (at least to me) for a while. Maybe three months? Capri and turntechGodhead would often get into arguments. Capri often painted turntech as the villain, even sending me screenshots of them getting annoyed. Capri was never like "Omg caligula, turntech is so abusive and horrible," rather, he said "I can't deal with turntech, he's too much, he's very rude." Often saying such things and putting them down. I'll get to the pronouns thing soon.
Capri came out as a trans guy maybe halfway through the year or so of knowing them. I didn't think about it at the time, just being "okay sure" and calling him by the name he asked to be called. He named himself after a fictional character, and I laughed. I did the same. My name and my nickname were both fictional characters. Let's use the username examples I've given. The username caligulasAquarium is for the character called Eridan. So let's say my name is Eridan, and my nickname is caligula. I was getting a little uncomfortable being called caligula all the time. I mean, my profile was based around "caligula" all the time, in many places. So, I guess it was a common concept to call people by their profile name. I called my friend with a Sara Chidouin pfp Sara, but changed to calling her Lie when I realized that's the name she used from seeing her on the Danganronpa amino. This comes into play when I was having a fit of dysphoria. I was angry, I wanted to be called "Eridan." My parents didn't call me Eridan, Lie called me Kai because of profile reasons(I recently asked Lie to call me Eridan). But that was fine, I didn't talk to Lie every single day, unlike Capri, turntech, and twinArmageddons.
I bottled this up for a while. I have a habit of bottling up my emotions until it all comes out all at once like a waterfall of "wtf." I finally mustered up the courage to type a paragraph about how if felt only being referred to as caligula.
"Hey I think my problems with contemplating my name is being called caligula all the time. Like as a kinnie not like that's what bothers me, but I'm never even called the name that I chose for myself. Like we don't even call Capri Gamzee, we call him Capri. But I chose the name Eridan and I haven't been called that name. Just caligula. I think it's messing with my dysphoria."
I got no response. It said that Capri had read the message, and maybe Armageddons, but I don't remember for sure. After some time, Capri sent a message.
"Lol there's a creepypasta named Cronus"
He completely ignores my message and just starts being lol random. I complain about the fact I was being ignored, only to be ignored again. But merely two hours later, I sent a BLM related message. Then all of a sudden, that's all that mattered in my life. All of the previous messages I sent were just past attempts at conversation that didn't work. I felt neglected. I originally blamed the whole chat for my feeling. I was angry at Capri, Armegeddons, turntech…everybody in the chat. Even the ones that never say anything! I blamed them all. I had days of crying and yelling, at least internally. I kept everything bottled up.
Apologies for all over the place storytelling, but what I'm about to talk about happened before and after the one message.
Capri liked to make things all about himself. He's established many times "I can't call most of the time because my parents." we know this, it's been said. Yet when turntech asks to call, Capri still says "no I can't" almost every time. This behavior was rather annoying, but that wasn't all. Capri over exaggerated a lot. He keeps going to the chat like "I'm pissed" or something along the lines. When I ask why, he always says "Yoga." His parents force him to do…yoga. And I do not exaggerate when I say he treated it like it was abuse. He would never shut up about it, and when I said it was a privilege, he said I don't understand and that ✨it sucked✨. He also said he was "scared" to come out to his kind and accepting parents as trans. Yet he acts like he got it so much worse than me and turntech, who were both OUT TO OUR FAMILIES.
In the middle of this drama, I had written out a paragraph to vent out my emotion. Because, well, I was bad at going to people directly. I just had this whole thing written out, to look at, I guess.
"wow im treated so bad by my peers and I'm scared to come out uwu"
I've felt isolation my whole life, never had a friend to turn to. When I did, she was the only reason I'd leave the house. And then she moved. And the toxic neighborhood kids who catcalled me, throw shit at me, break our shut, and call my entire family slurs, caused me to feel like shit. I didn't want to leave the house. Not only that my depression was getting to the point of suicidal around this time, my dad blamed my emotions on my friendship, as I mentioned that my friend Robin cut herself once. He blames all of my "not normal" behavior on friendships. Depression, being trans, being angry at him. He acts like it's from my friends. It gives me moments of doubt. My empathy brings in others issues. And his bullshit constantly makes me question. "Do they cause it?" Obviously, no. But being told "I think it's because of your friends" every time I act out drags on my self image. And I can't tell him "no" because he'll just tell me he understands because ✨he was mistreated too✨ , which he genuinely was, but bringing it up when I'm going through anxiety and depression is just a pity party. And what did Capri have to go through? Yoga classes.
I grabbed the courage to send the paragraph to turntech and Armegeddons, and they were understanding and supportive. But if this was just a standalone paragraph of just me venting, Capri would've just said "mood" or "oof." You know how I know this?
"I'm feeling depressed"
"oof mood"
"I HATE MY PARENTS"
"same"
"It makes me feel like shit"
"lol mood"
Yet, when Capri vents, he gets pissy when I don't have a response. Capri vented about his relationship issues. He had a breakup and was upset because he over assumed how the relationship would go. I gave condolences, hey breakups suck. I also went through one, and while it wasn't the same reason, I did also over assume and plan how it would end up.
He kept saying "k…" and "ok…" as I gave him paragraphs of advice. I put my heart and soul into caring for his emotional being. I hardly got shit in return. While I was sometimes a dry texter, he ALWAYS was. A lot of "okay" "k" "sounds good" Even before shit hit the fan, I didn't feel like he was there for me. I scrolled through our PMs for a minute and so many messages were "OOF" "mood" "can we continue the rp" "here's this one sentence idea for our au and I'm gonna get annoyed when you ask me to elaborate" "hey let me bombard you with homestuck questions that I could look up myself, WHAT'S THE ZODIAC SIGN FOR JULY THIRTEEN-"
I was tired with him, and annoyed. I managed to vent to my mom, and she said he sounded immature. I got the courage to talk to my friend about everything soon before the situation got serious, and this is how the conversation went.
CA: Can I be real? I have an alt account in the group chat with like Capri, turntech, ect. where if I got angry in a call or something I'd go in on that account and put on an accent and pretend to be another person to see if they were talking about me, because I'm insecure like that. Well I just lashed out at them during a mental breakdown and they're refusing to talk about it which makes me think they're upset at me and now I feel like shit
Them: I've been there.. I do the same thing sometimes. I get the paranoia, and I get the lashing out. Im not gonna tell them, dom t worry about that. But if you ever need to vent I'll be here for you, okay?
CA: I went back in myself and I tried to start back up a normal conversation but they kept bringing up how I reacted and when I tried to state how I felt like shit Capri went "mood" and as I tried to explain why that makes me feel worse I fucking broke down again instead of lashing out I just started crying
Them: Hey hey… Thats.. kinda shitty. I don't wanna tell you that they're bad people because they aren't, but that's a shitty way to handle that. They should at least try and understand
CA: Yeah whenever I even try to vent in the fucking slightest he's like "mood" while if the others even do shit they even attempt to be comforting. Like I care about capri I really do but he's been doing nothing but piss me off recently
The rest of the conversation involved me finally venting about his annoying behavior. How he is always like "I don't know" with things that he can just look up or we have told him about ten times. The friend and I had a back and fourth, which was honestly me venting my emotions while they listened. But I needed someone to listen, you know? Because Capri didn't. Turntech and Armegeddons are in different timezones so it's hard to talk to them. So I always talked to Capri, which just drained me.
One thing he did, while I did this in the past, I've moved past it. Giving characters mental illnesses to be quirky. He gave his character bad attention span and then later said "I'm making her schizophrenic" and all they did was give her ✨voices in her head✨. He made one of his female characters a trans guy only to ship him with my gay OC. He gave characters depression, but then made them act happy go lucky 24/7. He acted like Bipolar Disorder was just being moody, and his excuse for when I called him out was just "that's how it's portrayed." Finally, tried to make a Sanders Sides character trans just because he was too. (which, if you didn't know, is a youtube series about a guy who talks to aspects of his personality to work out his issues. It's very educational about mental health.)
He characterized Janus as a trans guy, which is bullshit. Thomas wouldn't have a female side unless he was trans, then it'd be normal. The only sense it would be of a side was a trans woman or somewhere under the nonbinary spectrum, because they should all form as men because Thomas is a cis man. He doesn't see the flaw in it and refuses to acknowledge the fact that it doesn't make sense. He told me "oh you like to be self indulge yourself into your character's" yeah, but it's one thing putting my mental illness onto a character, and doing somethjng literally impossible. I make characters have depression, get abused, and be transgender for venting purposes. I dont to it for fun, or for "adding something to the story." I've moved past that behavior. I was twelve when I acted like that. Capri is fourteen. He should be past that behavior…right?
I'm about to get into the big part, when I decided to fully confront him about everything. One thing should be established first. Turntech came out to the group chat. Saying they now went by they/them and turntech, instead of he/him and Dave. They said this multiple times, and I immediately called them turntech. In calls, me and Armegeddons called them turntech. However, Capri constantly called them Dave. We told him that they now went by turntech, and Capri said "I didn't know that."
This happened multiple times.
"Hey Dave"
"They go by turntech"
"How was I supposed to know"/"I didn't know that"
And never a sorry. Just a "I didn't know that!!" despite how many times he was told. Turntech constantly vented about it, often getting angry and calling Capri ignorant and obnoxious. Which, he absolutely was, but I often was like "mehhh kinda." I semi denied the signs, yet still complained about him.
Then, the kicker.
He started venting in a group chat about being "ignored" for five minutes (funny, because he's been ignoring our emotions all the time) and I acted irrationally. I called him out in the public discord server, writing a large paragraph. Though his boyfriend soon removed it and kicked me from the server. He started leaving every server and chat we were both in, EVEN UNFRIENDING ME ON ROBLOX instead of talking to me. Not even a "yo wtf dude" or "how was I supposed to know my behavior was hurting you" like I accepted. Just silence. Leaving.
Even if my paragraph was harsh, he deserved to know how he was affecting me. I wasn't in the right headspace, but that doesn't change the fact there was so much shit. I'm sorry if I'm confusing with my all over the place storytelling BUT it's exactly how my emotions still are. All over the place.
He went to talk to turntech. Instead of me, the only one who said anything.
TC: Eridan called me toxic because I felt ignored (no, I said he was acting toxic and that he ignored us all the time so acting like he was ignored on his part was kinda irrational)
TC: He made fun of me when I joined call because I didn't have minecraft
TG: oh, hun, no. He might have other reasons.
TG: But like we've said multiple times, if you're feeling ignored speak up.
TG: Also, that's just Eridan. He makes fun of everyone. Like how he makes fun of me for being short and not having money
TC: I just can't with him rn
TG: Did you even give him a chance to explain why he thought you're toxic?
TC: He wrote a long ass paragraph
TG: screenshot?
TC: I don't have it (BECAUSE HE DELETED IT RIGHT AWAY)
TC: it's gone
TG: damn, I really dunno how to react.
TG: for one I know Eridan wouldn't call someone toxic unless he actually feels like they're being toxic
TC: He said I make being abused a contest, when have I? (when he complains all the time about how he's mistreated for having to do yoga and for not being allowed to call)
TC: Saying that I said that yoga was abuse, no I didn't (Yes you did.)
TC: I stated that I didn't like it. I stated that I was feeling ignored in our venting chat
TG: maybe he felt like you took for granted what your parents do for you, yoga makes you flexible and it's a workout. Not only can that help in pe classes but also if you need to defend yourself
TG: he was probably using it as an example
TC: he also said you and Armegeddons think I'm toxic…(I just said that the two of them didn't like his behavior either)
TG: Armegeddons doesn't, but they do say to me and Eridan that they agree how often you can vent to them compared to me and Eridan puts a weight on their shoulders. And they said they agree with Eridan that you can be over dramatic
TC: it's not like I try to be tho.
TG: lol
TG: sorry, I didn't mean that. It's a habit
TG: what else did he say?
TC: I'm too scared to vent to Eridan (DESPITE ME ESTABLISHING I'M FINE WITH BEING VENTED TO)
TC: and I'm not to sure how you'd react, so i usually vent to another server or Armegeddons
TC: I can't remember… (because you deleted it)
TC: He said something about you guy's bad parents
TG: I can agree with one thing Eridan has said to me
TG: Whenever there's an argument between you and me or you and him, it starts because you don't agree with something we said
TG: we end up apologizing even tho it's a situation where both sides need to apologize
TG: which can be a BIT toxic
TC: Dude, there's been MULTIPLE times where I've apologized to Eridan. (NAME. ONE.)
TG: and there's also multiple times where you don't or he's told me that the apologies don't seem sincere
TC: I do care…and they were sincere (Prove it.)
TG: to him most of them time, not just when apologizing, sometimes in normal conversation, he feels either ignored by you because a good amount of things slip by you (ie. turntechs name change)
TG: other times he says your voice doesn't sound sincere
TC: Because I'm zoned out, something is playing in my ears, I didn't hear, or I'd didnt know what to say (excuses what a surprise)
TC: There are calls I've completely forgotten about
TG: there are also times where we are having a normal conversation where you should be listening and we mention it later
TG: you get all upset like "I don't remember you saying that" when EVERYONE else also heard it be said
TG: you can't blame it all on zoning out because because I know for a fact nobody can zone out that often
TC: That's because I've probably forgotten okay?? Like when you went nonbinary (Oh yeah, he calls people deciding to transition or identify as something else as "going trans," which makes me believe now he wasn't actually trans and just wanted attention) I had forgotten the day completely, Armegeddons told me and I completely forgot about the day except a few things happening with my family.
TG: Do you have short term memory loss or some shit?? Like there's no way in hell you can forget an entire day, if that happened as often as you say it does, there's no way in hell you'd know anything to get through the school day
TG: no way you'd have the high grades you claim to have
TG: not to be rude but it sounds like you're making excuses, which is another thing Eridan mentioned
Capri didn't respond after that, of course. I looked through my servers, spotting three he didn't leave or kick me from. Still worked up on hate fueled adrenaline, I sent a passive aggressive message in all three.
CA: @terminallyCapricious I noticed instead of owning up to your issues like a man, you leave all the servers we're both in 💕💕 Totally not something someone toxic would do 💕💕
TC: can you give me one fucking moment to calm down
CA: Oh, are you having a panic attack? 💕💕 (I've received the "panic attack" excuse many times from people and it pisses me off as someone who often has panic attacks) You don't like being called out uwu? 💕💕
Capri's boyfriend stepped in, let's call him CG.
CG: Bro it's time to move on, you're the only toxic one here. (Yeah I was being really rude but Capri was the one being toxic)
TC: If I'm being toxic, I'll leave you alone. But you don't need to spam it in every server we have.
CG: Seriously, how dense can you be? You say it's not a competition yet you compare situations (because Capri was already doing that) Everyone's experiences are different from yours. (and Capri acted like his was worse than mine!)
CG: You're calling out Capri for having fucking emotions. (No I called him out for being emotionally manipulative) Like no one else has them but you
CG: It's time to learn that you're the toxic one before it bites you in the ass
CA: You don't even know what's going on, CG. I knew you'd defend him blindly. Both of you refuse to listen because all I want is a mature response. But I know I'll never recover one because Capri does nothing but make excuses and act immaturely.
Turntech asked me to send them paragraphs they wrote, as I was started to get overwhelmed. So this is how it went afterwards.
TG: Hello, this is one of both Capri and Eridan’s friends, Yum. It appears that your "precious boyfriend" is actually not fucking innocent. Not only has he on multiple occasions sparked arguments that left turntech and Eridan both anxious and crying, but almost never apologizes and leaves them to apologize. He doesn't pay attention a single bit, especially when TURNTECH/Dave has changed pronouns played dumb, even when he was in the call when it was said, twice, and blamed it on "zoning out".
TG: Your oblivious precious boyfriend has not only put weight on other people for his own happiness and convenience, but has been so toxic in the google hangouts group chats that is has become apparent to 3 different people he has become toxic, and has hurt them. Eridan is defending himself and turntech has no place to speak because he is too afraid to hurt Capri, despite the amount of times he's come to me crying after an arguement.
So no, Eridan is not being toxic, he is standing up for what he knows is right for himself and trying to get Capri to own up to his mistakes.
CG: Unbeknownst to you both, he is left in tears just not, and probably more often, than all of you combined. (ah yes because a liar that emotionally abused as has more genuine tears than the victims of his abuse and abuse from family members) He has a hard time adjusting to things (he doesn't even try) but that is why we're here to help. Friends are actually supposed to have each other's backs when things get tough (but Capri doesn't have our backs at all) and I know full well Capri can easily talk things over (but he doesn't) but he was so scared of losing you that he kept it to himself (sO sCaReD oF lOsInG uS- man shut up) You need to know it's not all about you. He impacts so many other lives in ways you could never understand or do.
TG: Again, i am Yum. Listen here you pieces of shit.
Believe me or don't believe me, because i know turntech and Eridan would be better off with Eridan. You have no fucking idea what turntech goes through BECAUSE CAPRI HAS PUT HIM THROUGH IT. Turntech on multiple occasians has resulted in going back to their therapist, and almost went back into their own cutting habits BECAUSE of Capri. Capri claims to not want to hurt or loose turntech. but does he not know that he is the reason turntech almost killed themself. The amount of times Capri makes excuses and makes HIM apologize after an arguement. And don't even get me started on the amount of times Eridan has come to me sobbing and yelling he was going to kill himself ONLY TO EXPLAIN that him and Capri got in an arguement that ended with HIM apologizing instead of Capr and Capri acting all happy giddy like it was started by him. Not only this, The amount of weight put on Armegeddons by him alone from going to her instead of FACING HIS PROBLEMS AMD COMING TO US LIKE AN ADULT is so bad Armegeddons has nearly broken down because the pressure is too much to handle, because she doesn't want to pick sides. So no, Capri sure as hell has feelings, but almost none of them are for Eridan, Armegeddons or turntech. And his so called blessing he can put upon other people? No. The only blessing he gifted me was my friends hurt. So you can shove that claim up your ass
TC: Look….I'm just going to leave everyone alone… I'm not gonna spark an argument… please just stop fighting… I'm just going to accept this and cut contact… (No rebuttal? I expected excuses, woah.)
CA: Again, you're just adding to the problem. You're refusing to genuinely face your problems to work on them, just to cry in the corner to gain pity. Don't even dare to claim to cry and have a panic attack over being confronted for your behavior. It only confirms it.
TG: Yum- I also want to mention turntech talked to Capri earlier AND HE STILL MADE EXCUSES, and after bringing Eridan's points up, TO SCARED TO ALSO TELL HIM HE'S BEING TOXIC, CAPRI NEVER FUCKING ANSWERED. NEVER. FUCKING. ANSWERED. HE WENT OFFLINE AND LEFT TURNTECH IN THE DARK INSTEAD OF FACING THE PROBLEM. OR APOLOGIZING. CAPRI, JUST FUCKING APOLOGIZE ALREADY. I AM BEYOND P I S S E D AT WHAT /YOU/ HAVE CAUSED
CG: We get your goddamn point. Are you happy now?
CA: I'm not happy. Damien doesn't have the balls to admit to shit. "Oh…I'm…so sorry…." is just his way to gain pity. I haven't even brought up his constant misrepresentation and constantly making his characters "uwu depressed" because his incredibly offensive content isn't the point. (I went off topic but whatever) The point is that he refuses to admit to anything, and probably makes you do all the talking for him because he's too "sad and anxiety ridden uwu" to admit to shit. To speak up like a man, LIKE A DECENT HUMAN BEING.
CA: You're adding to the excuses and showing me no proof that he can do anything more than whine and cry like a little bitch about your 💕depwession and bad pawents💕 We're letting out the anger we've had for a while now. We won't be happy until he actually apologizes.
CA: No pity bullshit.
TC: i literally just apologized…
CA: In the most "give me pity" way imaginable
TG: yum demands.... an actual SINCERE apology... or the only thing yum is ever going to think of Capri ever again is a child, a child with a knife, a knife meant to hurt friends, a child who cannot own up their goddam mistakes…
TC: ok im sorry ok that i put so much pressure on you guys…im sorry that i hurt you and im sorry that im toxic (...I don't- I can't- i- MAYBE TRY TO WORK ON YOURSELF????) im sorry for everything i did
CA: Good enough. Never contact me again.
Then I left.
It all happened back in July, last time I checked. I read realize how rude my behavior was, but I was angry. Turntech and I were livid. Armegeddons let us know we were a little harsh and a little out of left field. We agreed, but we were still fuming about this whole thing. I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs, but it was late at night when everything went down. I've been lowkey losing my mind over this ordeal, and my friends can vouch that I was very emotional and went overboard. I'm sorry if my communication of what went down is poor, I just can't help but be shooken up and confused about all this
Deadnaming my friend, eh Capri? Because you were too lazy to bother when they "went trans?"
Okay then, Damien.

2020.08.04 23:13 DefectiveRAM IPv6 connections suddenly timing out

TLDR: All IPv6 connections are suddenly timing out. I'm using a single Google WiFi puck with IPv6 turned on and the DNS set to the 8.8.8.8 default. Turning IPv6 off has everything connect again. How can I fix this to get IPv6 back?

The details:
About two weeks ago, I installed a "Pi-hole" on our network, which blocks ads by serving as the DNS on the network. It blocks any request to an ad server and passes everything else to Google's DNS servers. To make it work, all I had to change was to set the DNS in the Google WiFi to manually point to the IPv4 and IPv6 address of the Pi-hole on the network. I'm not sure this is relevant, but it might be!
After a few days, I noticed that all our WiFi connected devices have been incredibly slow to do certain things, like download apps from the Play Store, upload photos to Google Hangouts, etc. I don't know if this happened at the same time, but the Pi-hole was the only recent change on the network, so I completely disconnected the Pi-hole and set the Google WiFi DNS back to the default. No dice. Everything is still slow.
I've double and triple checked that the Google WiFi settings are back to defaults. The Pi-hole is unplugged and in a drawer.
I tested pinging google.com and the name resolved to an IPv6 address and all packets were lost. Same for netflix.com. Then amazon.com resolved to an IPv4 address and worked, so I figured I'd might as well turn off IPv6 for now if it's just causing connections to fail.
Voila, speeds are back up again, albeit that now I don't have IPv6 anymore.
I'm confused how this suddenly happened, because I had IPv6 working fine before. My Google WiFi is back to default DNS settings but any IPv6 address is just completely unreachable.
I have Spectrum internet in NYC. The only thing I can think of is that either Spectrum is having issues with IPv6, the Spectrum modem has an issue, or that the Google WiFi somehow never fully changed back to the default DNS.
How can I get IPv6 working again?

2020.08.03 14:16 db2Noctis Sextortion, help?

Well guys, I did something incredibly stupid. I was recently on Omegle when I came across this "girl" who wanted to video chat through google hangouts and my oblivious self went through with it. You know how it goes, it's me on the camera, face included, doing my business. Out of nowhere the video chat ends and they demand for $500. Initially I was extremely shocked and tried talking down the guy. The guy constantly harassed me to get onto western union. Luckily I didn't pay a single dime to them and blocked them. Another thing is that I did not share any of my other social medias. The google account I added them through on google hangouts does not have my name whatsoever nor any credible information that would give out my full name. I think the most I gave them was my nickname which is the shorter version of my name. They didn't send screenshots of a video being sent to friends nor family on other social medias. They just kept sending me a screenshot of myself in the conversation time to time. I still deactivated my social medias, but I am still curious and worried. I just need some input of what I should do in order to prevent them from possibly getting any information of me. Do most sextortion hackers pull through with uploading a video? Or do they find it to be useless to upload? I had no idea that this was a scam that existed. But hell after that experience I sure have learned.
TL;DR
Took the bait for sextortion, uncertain about the outcome with current information of myself to them.

in this video I'll cover an introduction to open V switch in which I'll primarily focus on demonstration of using OBS I'll start with the brief definition of open V switch then we will dive right into over us by creating a virtual switch and using it to connect a host and 210 at VMs on that host to each other and to my local network all along I'll use some simple diagrams to represent network connectivity and how it changes when components are added obvious finally a cover a very brief look at the architecture of OBS in future videos I'll look a little deeper at some features of OVS including using open flow creating tunnels like GRE and VX LAN as well as some other configuration options briefly before we jump into a demo of open V switch what is it open V switch is an open source open flow capable virtual switch that is typically used with hypervisors to interconnect virtual machines within a host and virtual machines between different hosts across networks it is also used in some dedicated switching hardware it can be a critical piece in an SDN solution oviya supports many traditional switch features such as VLAN tagging and 802 dot1q trunking standard spanning tree protocol LACP port mirroring flow export tunneling and QoS control so let's jump right in and try out open V switch I'm not going to cover installation instructions in this video so that we can focus on implementation examples I'm doing this demo on my laptop with Linux Mint installed my laptop has an e 0 port getting its IP address and default gateway through DHCP so right now I simply have my IP stack and it's 0 so now I'll create a virtual switch from the shell to do this I'll use an OVS vs CTL command this command is used when configuring OBS bridges so it's over yes vs kettle add - BR for add bridge my bridge here I'm adding a bridge named my bridge but you can name the bridge anything you want OVS vs ctlr vs kettle show will show us our new virtual switch you see it has a single internal port with the same name as the parent bridge which is my bridge this port is also mapped to an interface with the same name my bridge it is marked as internal the distinguish it from the other OVS ports like we will see later I'll turn up this port with if config my bridge up now I'll check if config this shows me my laptop now see is an interface called my bridge if I change my mind and wanted to delete this bridge I would run OVS vs kettle de l - BTR delete bridge my bridge which I won't actually do here all of the add commands you'll see in this video have a corresponding delete command where you just swap out add a DD with de l4 delete let's look at what we have now I've now added an open V switch bridge named my bridge at this moment my bridge is isolated meaning is not really connected to anywhere but my local IP stack in the diagram we can see that each zero is not connected directly to my bridge yet for my laptop to get to the outside Network nothing has changed yet I still go out through each zero next we will change this and virtually connect teeth to zero up to my bridge back to the shell again my goal is to connect each zero to my bridge to do that I'm going to run over yes vs CTL ad - port my bridge e0 let's check the result with a vs vs cattle show we can see there is zero on my bridge let's try to reach the internet though it seems I've lost Internet connectivity for my laptop let's see why in an updated diagram with the o vs vs Kettle ad part each 0 my bridge command I redirected easier to be connected through my bridge as shown here that's what I wanted but my laptop is trying to get to the outside network directly via each Siro now however use to go through my virtual switch called my bridge to get to u0 so to fix this I'm going to do two things I'm going to remove the IP configuration often please zero and I'm going to make the internal port called my bridge a DHCP client so it gets an IP address and default gateway back to the shell if config e00 will remove it users IP address in th client my bridge will get the my Bridgeport my P via DHCP if I do an if config to see if it worked and it looks like I did my bridge got an IP edges with a route - n we see we have a default route via port my bridge which is what we wanted we no longer tried to go through each zero directly pain Google comm shows we can get out next we will add to tap interfaces for virtual machines to use I'll add to tap interfaces for our VMs and then I'll connect these interfaces to OVS so IP ton tap Add mode tap V port one and I'll do the port two as well this creates tap ports V part 1 and V part 2 I'll turn these ports up if config V port one up and if config report - up now if config shows we've successfully added two new tap boards I'll add these new tap words to OVS so I'll do OVS vs kettle again add - port my bridge V port 1 - - ed port my bridge B port - but this - - here is able to pass two commands into o vs vs kettle at once I could have done this with two separate o vs vs kettle commands but I'm just showing this other way it can be done as well with the o vs vs kettle show I can see the new ports view port 1 to be poor - there you can see them call that as ports and all cells interfaces with the same name the difference between a port and an interface is that a port can contain multiple interfaces you would use this concept in creating bonds like LACP for link aggregation in this case we're not doing any bonds so you'll just see a one-to-one mapping of ports and interfaces back to our diagram and here is our updated setup now my bridge now has two Newports V port 1 and V port 2 next I'll connect a couple of VMs to these new ports on OVS on my laptop for virtual machines I'm using VirtualBox you can download VirtualBox from virtualbox.org OVS supports other virtualization platforms too like KVM and zen for example but I'm using VirtualBox share you'll want to check documentation to connecting VMs with other platforms so the VMS I want to use here are VM one and VM to both the boot boot images I need to get them hooked into my new ports view part 1 and view part 2 on OVS so I'll right-click these and go to settings and then I will go to network and I'll say for VM one I want it's destined to be bridged which it is already here but I want it to connect to V part 1 so I'll pick V part 1 and hit ok and I'll go ahead and start that video and the meantime it for bm2 i'm going to do the same thing i'm going to go to settings network and actually it's already set here i want it to go to view port 2 like it says here I'll hit OK and I will start that VM as well so quickly here is our updated network it looks the same as before except I've hooked up my two VMs notice that these VMs have a path to the outside network they have their each 0 ports connected to OVS and from our steps before we still have the OVS bridge my bridge connected to my laptop seat 0 so my new VM should be able to get th CPI a piece from the outside router and should then have internet reach ability let's check out how our VMs are doing here's VM 1 if config shows I got an IP address from DHCP looks like I got 192 168 1 80 in my home network let's ping the outside world I'll ping google.com and it looks like that works just fine on VM 2 I can do the same thing next I'll do it if config see here I have 182 and 68 1.83 hangout also and it looks like that works as well also try painting from vm2 towards VM one-celled paying 192 dot 168 to 1.80 and we see that the two VMs can ping each other as expected let's go to my laptop shell again here I'm going to try a new command OVS app kettle obvious app kettle is used to configure a query demons associated with OVS in this case I just want to co VSS MAC address table so r1 o v SF kettle FD b / show I'm actually here I need to specify the bridge I want to do this for so I'll say my bridge and here we can see our two VMs are showing up on ports 4 & 5 these are open flow ports 4 & 5 so I'm one of my VM windows over here I can see the hardware address or the MAC address 0 8 0 0 to 7 f5 789 I see that over here on port 5 and I know that the other VM is this one here on port 4 open flow port 1 here is my I 0 interface and port 0 here is my my bridge interface this is a little tricky here because we're talking about open flow port so we see ports 1 4 5 and 0 and we probably need to figure out how that maps to the ports that we know like eat 0 and V port 1 and B port 2 for example so another command can help us out there if I do OVS Oh F Ketel show my bridge OVS Oh F kettle is a command used with open flow switches for setting and querying open flow parameters when I do a video on OBS and open flow we will use that command much more so if that OBS oh F kettle show my bridge command I can see that port 1 maps to e 0 port open flow port 4 maps will be port 2 v 2 v part 1 and 0 or local for my bridge now that I've mentioned open flow and OVS Oh F kettle there's an important point I want to insert here as I said at the outset OVS is open flow enabled if you're not familiar with flo i suggest going to open networking org for full details you can also watch my introduction to open flow video on my youtube channel so with this connectivity we now have between vm's and out to the Internet through OBS I haven't done anything in particular with open flow what I mean by that is normally with an open flow enabled switch need to connect to an SDN controller or you need to manually add open flow of flow entries on your switch for any traffic to get forwarded we haven't done that here so why have I been able to have packets forwarded through OBS successfully without doing these things the reason is OVA starts with a default flow entry that makes it act like a regular layer to switch let's look at it from the shell so here I'll run OVS of' kettle dump flows my bridge so let's come and I just ran I'm looking to see all flow entries on my bridge here we see a single flow entry and it's action is the normal action this means normal l2 forwarding so it acts like a traditional simple layer 2 learning switch of course for Sdn we really want to interact with an SDN controller and custom up open flow flow entries but for the purposes of this intro video this default action is good enough before I wrap things up in this intro I'd like to do very brief coverage on the OBS architecture in the video description I'll link to a reference for this material from an O vs deep dive presentation that goes in a way better detail the three main components of OVS are V switch D o vs DB server and a kernel module vs HD is the core component and runs in user space the switch configuration for OVS though is stored in a database OVS DB server because of this configuration changes are persistent they will survive a system reboot the o vs vs Ketel list command will show you the records of the different tables in the OBS DB for example if I run OVS vs catalyst bridge we see my bridge in some IDs for its ports OVS vs kettle list port shows configuration details of the ports from the ports table and Oh vs vs cattle list interface shows configuration details of interfaces from the interface table so here we can see the local internal interface my bridge see some information like MTU link speed there's V port to scrolling by there's here comes viewport one and there is zero I can see some statistics that are being kept as well in this table so that's from the OVS DB server and as I said before OVS also has a kernel module when a packet arrives to a virtual switch if there is a cached match in the kernel module the cast actions are taken if there's not a match in the kernel module the packet is punted into V switch D in user space future meshing packets will then typically have a fast path through the cached entries in the OVS kernel module that are ups up this introduction to open V switch thanks for watching if you found this video useful I would like to see more please subscribe to connect with me I can be found at wymt.com /i n slash David Muller I welcome any feedback in connections in the video description I'll include some links and references for the content in this video which have more detail in the future I create videos including tunneling GRE and V excellent with OVS use of open flow with OBS and using some other OBS configuration features and options

2020.07.24 21:27 justforaplol Asian Parents terrorizing me for liking a boy in high school, then seriously intruding into my dating life in college

*I wrote this super fast and didn't proof read. Sorry if there are any grammar mistakes*
My parents are actually not *that* overbearing/controlling/intrusive into my life with one BIG exception -- boys & dating. In high school, I tolerated it because well, I didn't have an option NOT to. But now that I'm in uni, I can no longer stand it.
In 9th grade, I first started making some guy friends (before I only ever hung out with 3 girls) and my mom literally freaked out. I was in a big group chat with my friends (both guys and girls) on Google Hangouts and one time my mom literally hacked into my computer, went into hangouts (I was signed in automatically) and read ALL of my conversations. Honestly, my private messages and the group chat content were not like "bad" at all, even wholesome if you will. Of course, since everyone in the group chat was like 14-15, some things said are dumb and weird, but in general harmless. However, my mom got soooooo upset at me. She yelled at me for like 2 hours telling me that I better not bring shame to the family and that if I brought shame to the family then we'd have to move. Then she talked about how she was going to start monitoring me and have my dad block hangouts so I won't be able to access it at home. Keep in mind -- at this point I wasn't even dating anyone; I just had a few guy friends and my mom was already talking about fearing me getting pregnant and bringing shame to the family.
Ok, so of course, I wasn't allowed to date in high school. Honestly, I was barely allowed to even TALK to boys lmao. When I was in 11th grade, I started to like this boy who I had known for several years and had been good friends with for a bit too. I never planned on dating him just because at that point, he had already committed to a college and I knew that I probably wasn't going to be in that city for college, and I don't want a LDR. My mom somehow found out that I liked him (to this day, idk how she found out AND SHE FLIPPED OUT). She and my dad started trashing him SO HARD in front of me and that literally made me disgusted. She trashed his looks and family situation. She said that because he grew up in a single-family household, he had personality issues and anger management issues. And also said how "bad-luck surrounds him" and that if I marry him I'll be pulled into that "bad-luck". And also said that our babies will be super ugly. I have 3 things to say out this: 1. This boy is very nice and mature. His mom died when he was 10 years old and while it was difficult for him for a bit, he did grow up nicely and he is very independent. No personality issues whatsoever. I also told my mom that its not right for her to judge him that way when she's literally never spoken to him before. 2. The "bad-luck" belief is literally just superstitious bullshit that she shouldn't subscribe to. 3. She's being really fucking rude. Now did my parents listen? No. And they proceeded to literally STALK me to make sure I don't hang out with this boy. One time after school I went to my friends house to eat Korean food together, and my mom literally didn't let me go without me sending a picture to her of everyone who's going. She said she had to make sure I wasn't hanging out with him. I was like DAFUQ but I sent her the picture anyway because well, what else can I do?
Alright, so just a few other incidences I guess... Whenever my parents see me AROUND a boy (literally like just talking to each other), they will question it. "Who was that?" "Is he your classmate?" "What classes do you have together?" and it's beyond ANNOYING. It got to the point where I would literally get nervous if I was at a place that my parents were at too, and I would avoid talking to boys if I knew my parents could possibly see me.
Ok, so I stopped liking this boy after a few months, partly because my mom literally terrorized me for liking him and also partly because we never planned to date. Fast forward to end of senior year, prom. I didn't go to prom with a date (just my girl friends) and my mom was low key upset. When I showed her my prom pictures, she said that they looked really good, but would be better with a male date. I was like dafuq so you literally don't let me TALK to boys but know you expect me to go to prom with a guy? Like no! Also I literally didn't want to go with anyone so... It's just repulsive that my parents care so much about image. Like yeah I guess it "looks better" if I went to prom with a guy but like why the hell does that matter.
Alright, fast forward again. First-year of university, I am finally allowed to date. And I did start dating. I told my mom about 2 months after the fact and at first she was chill with it. But then, she started asking me a BUNCH of things about my boyfriend. Like everytime we called, she would just bombard me with questions about my boyfriend. "What does his parents do?" "Where have you two been to for dates?" "Where is his family from?" "Does his family own property in Shanghai?" "What does his grandparents do?" "Where did his dad graduate from university?" "How much does his family make?" (btw I literally don't know the answers to half of these questions because like WTF I didn't ask my boyfriend how much his family makes and whether his parents own property in Shanghai or not. Just WTF.)
I got super annoyed at the huuuge influx of those questions so I started to avoid my parents' calls, hoping that they'll take the hint and stop bombarding me. But ofc, they didn't. Over winter break when I went home, the amount of questions got worse. My parents barely asked me how my first semester went, how my classes went, etc. It was only questions about my boyfriend. It was like they were sizing him up for marriage potential already and at that point I hadn't even dated him for 3 months. One day, I finally couldn't take the questions anymore and I told my mom to stop asking. My mom laughed it off and just said, "ofc I'm gonna ask you about your bf hehe". Just whatever.
A short while after I went back to university, my bf and I got into a fight, mainly because we were both stressed and had very bad communication and we broke up. However, a few days later we got back together, talked about our issues, significantly improved our communication and we are going stronger than ever to this day. However, I told my parents that we broke up and never told them that we got back together. And this is honestly the best thing ever. If my parents bombarded me with questions about my bf every day during quarantine. I think I will actually just run away from home. My mom is suspicious that I have a boyfriend (right fully so since I call my boyfriend for several hours everyday and I don't try that hard to hide it) but every time she asks I always flat out deny. She has asked me about 10 times total during quarantine.

Right now, I am planning on moving to the city where my boyfriend lives for fall 2020 semester since classes are online. This move is not JUST for my boyfriend. I have 2 additionally reasons for moving. 1. this city is super beautiful, has amazing food, very safe, and most of all, COVID is very much under control in this city. 2. I cannot live with my parents for another semester lmao. I am planning on moving to this city in about 10 days and have already looked into housing, phone plans, plane tickets but I haven't told my parents yet. I'm not scared to tell them or anything, and even if they don't allow me to go, I will still go anyway since I have the financial means to do so. Idk, I'm just sick of them being soo fucking intrusive into my dating life when in high school they terrorized me for liking a boy, and I guess this is my small rebellion.
Note: I am planning on informing my parents about my move 4-5 days before I hop on the plane. lmao.

2020.07.21 04:57 rcspy Jeffrey Epstein is also participating in the "psyop" against Satan

Saw a picture of him recently with a jewess in the background wearing a t-shirt that said, "I don't know who I am". Yes, they are using "Jeffrey Epstein" to call Satan a "pedo/MAP" also. By the way, you jews only managed to give Satan more "proof" that it's a jewess run jew world with that particular picture (not that I needed or was looking for any more proof 🤣). Anyway, the news about him going to jail and killing himself are fake. He is also just a "willing" participant in the "psyop" against Satan.
And he actually does not look like a pedo to me unlike jews like "James Alefantis", "Rick Falkvinge", etc. He does look like jews who look similar to my father actually. 🤣 Like "Mitt Romney", "Scott Bakula" and that guy from the TV show "Revenge") (he was also in the movie "Pink Panther" and had said something like, "it's an idiom" in one scene and Steve Martin's character was calling him an "idiom" instead 🤣). Recently though, when I saw my father (video call) I thought he was looking like a "gunda" (didn't used to look like one) and I had even told him so (I mentioned a "gunda" in a previous post of mine also 🤣 ; now deleted but available at archive.is). Later I thought he was actually looking like one of those "merchants" who deceive you and then are like "all sales are final! no refunds!" or "merchants" who sell you "impure gold" or whatever. 🤣
Anyway, I now believe my father is also a "psyop participant" (doesn't get to do much "active participation" now though). He used to tell me not to call him "father" any more during family dysfunctions. And I eventually decided to agree to what he used to suggest, and stopped calling him "father". Started referring to him as "that man" actually. 🤣 My parents had taught me to call him "pita" when I was a kid, which can also mean "beat me" in Assamese. 🤣 If he were ever unwilling to beat me, his fellow "psyop participants" were probably like, "but Satan is giving you permission to beat him...". He did come to beat me on two occasions after I was already taller than him and I had no problem "kicking him in the nuts". 🤣 But jews will know, thanks to their remote tech, that I did not kick with "full force" but they were "gentle kicks" instead. 🤣 Nevertheless, the second time when it happened, he lay on the ground pretending that he was in a lot of pain and didn't move for a looong time.
He also used to pretend to have "heart attacks" during family dysfunctions. I never once believed him but my mother pretended to believe him every single time (as in, it would seem like she actually believed him). And later when I would ask her why, she would say she was trying to "embarrass" him (by calling a doctor or whatever) so that he would stop pretending. 🤷‍♂️ I now think that both he and my mother were just doing what they had been instructed to do and that he was simply a "bad actor" whereas my mother used to be a lot more "convincing". But in recent years, even my mother has become a "bad actor", because during recent dysfunctions it seemed to me that the shit she was doing and saying was just "acting" and "dialogues". Just about two years ago she managed to cause a "family dysfunction" because of a paint shade that I had chosen for the wall just outside our apartment. And she was shouting "I don't want it--I don't want it--I don't want it--" which sounded like a dialogue I had heard in some hindi movie (something like "नहीं चाहिए--नहीं चाहिए--नहीं चाहिए" 🤣). Anyway, the shade was "lemon yellow" and was called "Lemon Burst". What was wrong with lemon yellow? 🤔🤷‍♂️
The "yellow vest" protest "fake news" in France was probably because of this and another "fake dysfunction" that she caused that was also "exterior paint" related. 🤣 When I was a kid, the "dysfunctions" were mostly "study related" even though I never used to fail any subjects. Now she has been using "whatever is available" to create fake "dysfunctions" because obviously she can't use "you face book and study!" any more. 🤣 Recently she has been pouring something orange in a "shit stick" that I use to clean my toilet (which I have mentioned in a previous post already; posted photos also 🤣). I actually managed to get the "shit stick" sparkling white again but she continues to pour the orange stuff it seems. 🤣 But as I mentioned in that post, now that I know about the "psyop", I am simply ignoring her. 🤷‍♂️
Also, someone commented on my previous post calling Satan a "top", and I finally looked up what it's supposed to mean - https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=top . And now I have also realized that they are using "Donald Trump" to call Satan a "fag". Because my brother's fake mexican jewess waifu once gifted me a "trompo" a few years ago. I didn't much care for that "gift" actually. 🤷‍♂️ But I on the other hand made my mother buy her a smartphone once (I considered it a "good gift"), but now I am realizing that I shouldn't have. 😒 And I called her a "fake waifu" because she and my brother have been married for 6 years now and still do not have any "babbies". They also made "paternity tests" illegal in France. 🤣 Yes, my brother lives in France but went all the way to Mexico to marry her. I mentioned fapping to mexican jewesses in a previous post of mine (now deleted but available at archive.is), maybe that's why she is also "mexican". Her family was once telling me to come to Mexico using video call and were saying how they would find me a girlfriend there. 🤣 Oh yeah, I had also noticed that every time I used to call her "fat" at home (because she is), she used to show up on WhatsApp or Google Talk/Hangouts wanting to chat with me. I noticed that she was even baiting me into calling her "fat" once. 🤣
And she also mentioned her "quinceanera" to me once (oh look, it also has "QU" in it). I didn't know what it meant at the time but she was probably trying to tell me how she used to be slim and pretty back when she was 15 or 16. 🤣 Another reason for "child marriage", yes? Quickly marry them off before they get fat and/or ugly. 🤣 You jews who are getting "child married" should definitely look up the future versions of your "child brides" before getting married. 🤣 She was already fat when she married my brother and instead of losing weight herself, she made my brother fat instead. 🤣🤣🤣 Serves him right for participating in the "psyop" I now think. 🤣🤣🤣 I will probably be posting more about him later. 😏
Anyway, so using "Donald Trump" they are calling Satan a "fag" and using "Jeffrey Epstein" they are calling Satan a "pedo/MAP". I have also seen those fucked up "Gooby and Donal comics" too, by the way, which are probably supposed to be calling Satan a zoophile. 🤷‍♂️
Satan's message for the jews: Feel free to keep calling Satan a "fag MAP", zoophile, whatever, but "it's not going to help you". 🤷‍♂️ You know, just like that fake news article was supposed to be saying that "unnecessary travel" wont help Satan (because he was doing "unnecessary travel" with his motorcycle). By the way, where are those "essays" that Satan had asked you to write to "justify your existence". Satan has now increased the marks to 666. 🤣 "Write an essay to Satan trying to justify your existence. (666 marks)"

2020.07.17 21:10 Tohoki Hello! Advice/Words of Encouragement Welcome

Hello, I (27F) have been a long-time lurker and member of this community. I really enjoy reading and relating to many of the stories on here. I wanted to introduce myself and provide a bit of backstory. I'd also like a bit of advice on attempting to entering the dating world with other women.
I grew up and still reside in, a small Southern town in the middle of the "Bible Belt". I did not know a single gay person whilst growing up, nor was it ever presented to be an acceptable option.
Before my view on being gay had been influenced by society, I'd had my first "girlfriend" in Kindergarten. Other than that, I never thought about girls in a romantic way. During childhood and adolescence, being gay was always presented to me as something that was wrong, an illness, an abomination, a sin against God, etc.
So when I gradually realized I had feelings for my (essentially only) best friend in junior high, I confided in one of my online friends. She was under the impression that I was simply impersonating her and cut me off (due to me becoming a t.A.T.u mega-fan thanks to her Myspace page and wanting to learn Russian). So I consulted Yahoo Answers (Google at the time) at the time, to find out if developing feelings for friends was "normal". I was met with "Sure, it's a phase that all teenagers go through." (Aight, cool. I'm "normal" alright
Well cue junior year and said best friend was going to move away. I decided to write an extremely socially awkward letter explaining that I loved her (AS A FRIEND IN A TOTALLY NOT GAY WAY). So she read it, it didn't make a difference, and said she was still leaving, cue sadness and angst, etc. At that point I'd decided that I was just confused and went about my way.
Then I made another best friend at my high school graduation. We were frenemies in 7th grade, and she'd apologized for her behavior. She gave me her number and asked to hangout sometime.
She was the first openly gay person I'd met. So when we met I was all "Omg, you like insert gay music/movie/anime, so do i!". So we became good friends and hung out constantly. She understandably developed a crush. I turned her down as I was 100% clearly not gay, I just like gay things, sorry for the misunderstanding. (My God the self-homophobia and denial can be the worst.)
Well during all this time, I hadn't had the urge or desire to pursue any kind of sexual relationship with a man thus far. However, I was almost 20 years old with years of pent up hormones and the fury of 1000 bad fanfics in my pants.
So I went off to community college and had my first "real" boyfriend. I cannot explain how much of a letdown sex was. Literally my thought was "This is it?" I went from over 9000 to 0 with a quickness.
Granted, I stayed and kept trying thinking it would improve with time. (It did not.) As I had no social life during adolescence, I wasn't given the talk or provided with options for birth control. We ended up with 2 children. After the co-creator of the children had dated around and pursued a 2 year relationship with another girl, we moved back in together, with him promising he'd regretted leaving and wanted "us" to work. Living in one bedroom with the two kids, I was willing to give it a go and improve my life.
In 2016, we moved back in together and I worked while he stayed with the kids. During those years, I stayed loyal and behaved as I would expect my partner to in a monogamous relationship. We were essentially roommates who occasionally went out on dates. When he pestered me enough, I would give in to having disappointing sexual encounters.
So eventually in 2017, enough was enough. Best friend #2 had gotten married and I was able to talk out my feelings with her. Apparently being so unsatisfied isn't normal. (Who knew?) I developed a crush on not one, but two coworkers. (Granted I never acted on either of them, as i find women much more intimidating than men.) Once this happened, I was open and honest with the co-creator of the children.
I bought Hannah Hart's "Buffering" book. I related so deeply to her extremely religious environment, her sexual experiences with men. Then I read the Comp Het document on here and identified with 90% of it. I felt seen and heard. After consulting with my friend and reading, i started a journal to write out my thoughts and experiences and to essentially check this or that "Yep you're gay" box. I showed him said journal and expressed that this was something I wanted to explore.
He responded by feeling betrayed and hurt and went to Reddit to vent. I went and read the comments, and they were horrid. (I'll share the link in the comments below. Please no hate.) But people stated I was wrong for ever having children, I should've figured it out long before (as if the journey to finding one's sexuality is a straight, simple path). After reading these words from strangers, I couldn't imagine how my homophobic family would react. I imagined that the co-creator's family would also consider me even more selfish.
Ultimately I decided that, I'd accept my attraction to women but I wouldn't act on it. It wasn't worth losing my family or potentially my children.
(Also sidenote* I was definitely misrepresented in said post. We were never married. I had no issue with him dating if I could do the same. During our 7 years of time together (and apart) I've always been left with the parenting responsibility while he pursued relationships. I wanted an equal opportunity (alternating weekends) to pursue our own happiness and relationships. He also lied several times and got into an "entanglement " with his married friend not long after this post was made.)
Well the co-creator finally moved out exactly 2 years ago, and he's met a nice girl who he's been with since moving out. (I actually drunkenly told her at Easter that I liked girls. 🤦‍♀️)I've stayed single, oftentimes debating whether or not I should act on my feelings or just "be".
June 2019, I met a male coworker. My life mainly consists of work and home as my parenting relationship with the co-creator is definitely 95/5 at the moment. My coworkers encouraged it. Having no kind of human contact for a year, it was nice to have another friend to go out on dates with or to talk to about adult matters. I can't burden my kids with adult issues that they wouldn't understand, you know? Anywho, I was definitely not having my social needs met on the hierarchy of needs, so I gave it a go.
The sex (as usual) was meh, but I could deal from time to time. Well that didn't work out, and now in hindsight, i was settling for so much. During the relationship, he mentioned marriage. And a thought occured to me... I didn't want to wake up on my deathbed in my 80s (hopefully) and have to ask "What if?". I didn't want to settle, and what kind of example would that teach for my children? I've already wasted almost 30 years of my life not being genuinely happy, could I really do it for the rest of my life?So things fizzled out, and I honestly wouldn't care to ever sleep with a man again.
Recently, I ended up watching "A Secret Love" (If you haven't seen it, go watch. It's beautiful!). I'm not a crier, but I boohooed. It really got to me. I can't imagine having to pretend that the person you love most is a friend or cousin, for 62 years.
I'm finally to the point that, if my family can't accept me for who I am, then they don't deserve to be a part of my life. Perhaps with time, some of them could learn to love and accept me again as my authentic self. I'm finally in a good place where I'm financially independent and no longer sharing my home with the co-creator. This is my safe place where I am free to be myself. (Also I do plan on coming out, but only after I've dated around a bit. I want to be 200% sure, ya know? whispers Because there's like a 2% chance I might totally, not be gay.)
Now after all that rambling, I've got a few questions:
  1. In your experience, have you sensed hesitation from other lesbians to be someone's first experience?
  2. In the brief time that I tried dating apps in 2017, I encountered a lot of women with the preferences for "No kids", has this been a common occurrence for those of you with little ones?
  3. What dating app is the best for meeting other women? I'm definitely not a hookup person, so I'd prefer those that don't set that expectation. I've only briefly tried OkCupid and POF in the past with mixed results. Though on the Play Store I was met with multiple options like: Her, Zoe, Pink Cupid. Are the wlw dating apps better?
  4. How do I get over my fear of women? They're such beautiful creatures and I'm so intimidated. I've never felt that way with men. Every Selfie Sunday, I look at all you beautiful gals and feel like a potato.
  5. Have any of you came out to your extremely religious family? If so, how did it go?
TLDR ; Probably gay, been denying it for too long, help! (Also read with me, the Reddit post that pushed me back in the closet for 3 years. Link Below🙃)
